We bought this for my niece, and it fits nicely into the space we have. We did have difficulty getting some of holes and screws to line up. We did eventually get it together but it was not entirely easy to do, but not the hardest thing either.
We like the way the bed looks overall, but we will NEVER EVER buy a bedframe with slats like this, unless the connectors are made of metal or something. These ones are plastic, and break like crazy. We've managed to break over half of them on both sides of the slats, on both sides of the bed. Broken connectors = fallen slats and no support. Our fix? Duct Tape the hell out of the connectors, which is a pain in the butt. Also, we have a 13" mattress, which is too tall for this frame if you want it to look like the sales pictures. We ended up putting our bed on 3" risers, cus it was a bit too low to the ground for us (pics of bed are on the risers).
Love this product it is very sturdy and easy to assemble with 2 people. I did buy the mattress support brackets to keep the mattress in place and won’t slide off. The 18inch frame is rather tall I wish I had gotten the 14inch instead but it is not a big issue for us. It was a good price for the product. Very pleased with my purchase and would buy it again.
I really like the minimalist and simple style of this metal bed frame, it fits well with my space. I assembled it myself and it was pretty straightforward, not too difficult. The size works perfectly for my apartment, and I really appreciate the spacious storage underneath.
Made from very sturdy material, fit exactly in the space I had planned. Very easy to assemble and it looks great.
First off it comes in two boxes, I opened them both to show how nice it's packed. I assembled it myself, I used a bench and a pillow to hold it up while I put the back and one side together, then I did the other side. I then put the front rail on and then the back. Here's where I ran into a problem, on one side the rail wouldn't mount because the screws wouldn't go in. The screws were the proper size (M8 x 1.25 thread pitch). The one bracket was drilled and tapped M8 x 1.00 thread pitch. So I took the bracket off the side arm and ran a tap of M8 x 1.25 thread pitch through both holes and mounted it back onto the side arm. It worked perfectly. After that I mounted the slats. It comes with screws to mount the slats. So before you assemble one, check to make sure the screws go all the way through by hand. Aside from that little problem this daybed is great.
The design is sleek and minimalistic, fitting perfectly with the modern decor of my kids' room. The guardrails on the top bunk are high enough to prevent any accidental falls, and the ladder is securely attached, providing stable access to the top bunk. Considering the quality and features, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend the Metal Low Bunk Bed for anyone looking for a practical, safe, stylish solution for a shared kids' bedroom.
I was skeptical after seeing some of the other reviews with broken or missing pieces. Then when it arrived in a slightly damaged box, I just knew I’d have a similar experience. Fortunately, I was wrong! Everything was in the box and nothing was damaged. I put it together myself, super easy to assemble. Love this bed! Beautiful color 😍
Like anything you buy online without physically seeing it, I was a bit apprehensive. However, this bed surpassed my expectations. A couple of things I want to share in addition to the above (1) the upgraded support for the bed are now included with Box A so there is no Box C as it says on the product page. (2) The bed was damaged by the carrier and the headboard and footboard both arrived cracked in Box A. The manufacturer surpassed expectations by shipping me an entire new Box A and made the situation right. (3) Recommend two people help assemble the bed. This lessons the risk of damaging during assembly. Took us approximately 3-hours taking our time and not rushing through the steps. Great bed and great service from the manufacturer.
This is built nice and came better than I thought, Led lights are decently strong just press all over to be secure. The very front was just a little loose but bright and sturdy and colors are fun !!! Product took 2 hours to build but worth it !!!
I’m really happy with the Queen Bed Frame. The wood headboard and footboard give it a nice rustic look, and the metal frame is strong and supportive. Assembly was quick and easy as there were labels on pieces and the instructions made it easy to identify pieces also, and the bed is completely noise-free, with no squeaks or wobbling. Plus, no box spring is needed, which is a huge bonus. It also has good space underneath for storage.
Not only was this bed inexpensive, it’s high quality! There were not many reviews when I purchased it- so I’m leaving a good one! Here are things I love: the instructions were simple, but had no words in them- so if you’re not good with just images, be prepared to pay close attention. However, the screws were all labeled. 2) the screws are all Hex Key/Allen wrench screws. It comes with EVERYTHING you need. So it comes with the hex key that fits every one. For the small screws (there are only two), it comes wi th the proper screwdriver. 3) the bed is tall! So make sure you have enough floor space to assemble it. I used one room for unboxing, and the bedroom for building. 4) i put it together myself, so it is possible (I’m also short -5’0”) but when putting on the sides, I could’ve used some help since the bars are really heavy. I’ve put together a lot of furniture, but this is beginner friendly! Just gloves might help because your fingers get a little sore from using the wrench 5) some of the bed slats were impossible to put on the correct ways because of welding mistakes- but I was able to circumvent that pretty easily. Some were misaligned so I wasn’t able to use screws on a couple of them (just on one side each). I doubt this would be a devastating issue. I still have all slats in place. 6) it took me around a total of 6 hours maybe. I split it into two days. Someone with help could do it much faster. And someone taller/stronger could too. Also I’m not good with instructions so most of that time was spent reading. 7) the power cord is really long!! It’s great for if you need to stretch it far, but not so good for if you planned it to be shorter and very close to an outlet. The plug has two regular plugs and two USB ports. 8) when scooting the bed, you have to walk back and forth to move it at angles instead of scooting in one direction. (just because it’s not the sturdiest) 9) the bed itself- I had to get used to the hight. Never had a bunk bed as a kid so I’d never been that high up. It IS high. Read measurements. We have high ceilings so it works. But you could seriously hurt yourself if you fell- so if you sleepwalk or sleep crazily- I do not recommend a bed like this. It is shaky at first on carpet when not secured to the wall. But I’ve been sleeping on it for a week and the shakiness is slowly leaving as the bed settles into the floor. I definitely needed two or more people to put the mattress on, but I had a guy do it. 10) the ladder hurts to step on if you force all your body weight on it. I might find a way to cushion it. With practice, it hurts less if you can displace your body weight. Im also getting faster at climbing it the more I do it. But it’ll take at least a week to get good. I’m an adult so I weigh more than a kid. Also note that the ladder isn’t interchangeable with sides so look closely at orientation. All - in - all, I’m giving this a 10/10 rating as far as it’s class. A metal loft bed won’t be as solid as a wooden one, BUT it is very sturdy for its kind. I trust sleeping in it, and I have a whole setup underneath. You can fit 3 computers on it (or 3 monitors) and you’ll still have a little space to place things. I LOVE this bed. It was sent through fedex so maybe be watchful of that lol. Anyway definitely a perfect buy. It’s also nearly impossible to move as a package, so get help or someone really strong to do it. For an idea of weight- I’m 120lbs and 5’0 tall and I feel safe as far as weight goes. Another person felt safe and they’re 5’5 and 150lbs. Happy shopping!!
Easy to assemble with one person. Adding this as there was someone who said parts don’t fit. I thought the same thing but then figured out that I didn’t align parts 1 and 2 correctly with, then part no 5 till screws will not align. This happened to me so I just needed to correct which took 2 mins to make the adjustments. Bed is very sturdy and well made. Would recommend for college student or guest bedroom.
Missing headboard!
Before pic is with box springs, second we decided to remove box springs and add bed risers. Pros - this bed is very well put together. It looks great and we love the light. The music mode beats to the sound of well sounds (if you know what I mean) makes things a little more fun during ‘romantic times’ Cons - bed is very low to the ground, it is meant to be for just a mattress and no box spring (hence the headboard being so small) we ended up buying bed risers to get the bed off the ground. With just the bed and mattress it’s maybe 12 inches off the ground. Secondly and lastly it does have a small headboard, doesn’t really matter to me but it does bug my husband. Even with just the mattress the pillows still cover the whole headboard. If they had made the bed to sit 18-24 inches off the ground and made the headboard even 6 inches taller this bed would be a 5/5 but for those two reasons I am giving it a 4/5.
