Easy to assemble

My granddaughter picked this out for her bedroom. Pretty easy to put together. Sturdy and good quality. Does not squeak.

One of the supports was wrong, too long. I requested the correct one be sent and was told that wasn't going to happen and to send the entire bed back......after I have it all set up. It took over 2 hours to build. It fits in the box in a very specific way, with all the parts and cardboard just so in the box. There's zero chance I'll get this back in the package properly.

Since the part was too long I'll just cut it shorter and reattach the plastic end cap myself since the manufacturer will not support their product.

I've been doing customer support in one way or another most of my career and this kind of response would have got me into a lot of trouble, and rightfully so. Just shameful.

The bed itself is fantastic otherwise. Very well built and looks amazing.

This bed is beautiful and simple. Very essay to put together and sturdy. It comes in two different boxes that arrived in different days.
