I am blown away by how beautiful this bed is. The headboard is so soft, and the color is the same as it is shown. I am not on the small side, and was concerned with the velcro slats being sturdy enough to hold me, my boyfriend the mattress & all of our heavy blankets. They do. Beyond the appearance & quality, the instructions were the clearest and direct instructions I have seen since the 80’s when instructions included actual words. I put this together on my own with minimal cursing.

Bed frame looks great and holding up well. Had a few issues while assembling, such as imperfections in the top of the headboard and a cross threaded screw hole. Contacted customer support and they responded almost immediately. Told them the issues I was having and sent them the requested pictures documenting the problems. They sent out replacement parts for each flawed item and sent new screws. Replacement parts came in quicker than expected as well. Overall, the whole thing was easy to assemble and there are no complaints on quality. Highly recommend!

Bed arrived in time and in good condition. Fairly easy to assemble. Mattress fits good

The bed is nice and the install and setup wasn’t to bad, as all of the parts were properly labeled with letters. That made it extremely easy to setup and install. The drawers are nice. Only complaint is the other side where mattress can go for the trundle it often shifts off track. Now, we’re not using this as a second bed but as an additional drawer. But, it constantly goes off track. We ended up putting in a custom piece of plywood to help keep it aligned.

My daughter installed lights around it, the kind you can put behind your TVs and it’s pretty. Definitely an amazing price for sure!
