product came chipped and the wood was splitting

Easy to assemble. I usually get anxiety of the thought of putting things together but I did it all by myself:)

Hey, the bed I ordered was received but items missing. The ions that goes in the middle of the bed, 6 is missing. Pls help me with those 6 pieces so that I can complete the installation. Thanks

A very good option that won't break the bank. Firm and sturdy, just don't forget to attach it to the wall to prevent it from moving, space saver. Buy foam tubes at H0m3 D3p0t for $2.99 to prevent it from hitting his head and for the ladder, it hurts his feet when he climbs, secure them with cable ties. I put a California King bed underneath. The waterfall lights or curtains that you see in the video can be purchased at Ali 3xpr3ss for $4. I recommend buying a mattress up to 6" thick to prevent your babies from falling, 5" is recommended, but NOT more than 6"

I really love this style bed for my kids, sadly one came with a dent on the front of the headboard part of it completely chipped off, I was able to fill it with spackle. It is still usable, but I am sad it doesn’t look perfect like the first one we put together. It is very heavy, so was most likely dropped during transit. The bed once put together is sturdy, it is a pretty color pink, and a good value for the money. The LED light feature is also very cool. It was kind of annoying to assemble alone. Recommend 2 people to make assembly easier. I will be trying to hide the defect this stickers.

I reached out to customer service by both email and phone and they haven’t not responded about damaged pieces including a piece with an error with a hole for a screw in the middle of the headboard the bed is already assembled to the hassle of taking it apart and returning it is not worth it but was hoping they could send me the replacement pieces to change out the bed otherwise is sturdy and looks nice besides the damaged pieces which is a small chip and the hole in the middle of the headboard

Easy to put together! Comes with all tools needed. Literally so simple! Highly recommend it’s super sturdy, and looks great! Comfy to lean on without a pillow. Great value feels very premium.

PERFECT for transitioning to a big kid bed! Since we were getting a new bed (king), we decided to give my toddler our queen mattress. We looked into the Montessori floor bed frames & wow I was shocked how expensive they were. This was perfect for what we needed & she can use it for years to come. Low enough to the floor she can climb right up, but wouldn’t get hurt if she happened to fall off for some reason. It was easy to assemble & seems very sturdy. So glad I found this frame!

My daughter loves loves loves this bed! It’s super cute and the LED lights make it look way more expensive than it actually is. My husband took about 2-3 hours building the bed the instructions were clear (easy to assemble). My husband and I thought it was a steal! Great price!!

I got the Superay 14 Inch Full Size Platform Full Size Bed Frame, because I needed a bed frame fast. I skimmed over the reviews and took a chance, since I have a few days to prepare the room before guests arrive. The package came right on time, but I was a bit skeptical since the box appeared small for a full sized frame. I ended up building the frame alone, it was a lot of pieces to put together, but it was not hard at all. The frame is very sturdy and the mattress feels very secure and sturdy on the bed frame. I also like that I didn't need a boxspring for this frame since this one comes with sturdy metal supports in the frame. I am very pleased and impress at how strong and sturdy the frame really is and the mattress feels well supported as it should. The height of the bed frame is superior, as it allows my guest to store their suit case under the frame, which will leave them with more room in the closet as well as floor space to move around in the room. I am so happy I got this full size frame, it is exactly what I needed and will last a very long time for years to come. I highly recommend the Superay bed frame.

Box came damaged, when I open the whole box, some screws were missing and won’t be able to assemble the bedframe. Waist of money

Looks just like the pic!! I ordered a queen size and originally had an adjustable base hoping i could put it over the frame, unfortunately not. However i still like it regardless, it’s pretty sturdy, i was skeptical during the build process but once the slats were on top it held up pretty well. I just don’t like the fact that some of the parts (R1/R2,O) have a loose secure point but other than that it’s holding up nicely. I like that you can adjust the headboard height. The picture i attached is normal height, i think i’m going to switch it to high to suit my mattress size better. But overall the assembly was very easy, took about an hour. The fabric was a nice suede texture, the accent buttons seem to hold nicely too. I would recommend if you’re looking for a budget friendly bed frame with this style, i just got my own place so this was a good first purchase for the room!!
