This bed came early which is always great! It took my husband about an hour to put together. He was impressed with the tool that was provided because usually when putting stuff together they come with a dinky tool. He said the bed was wrapped very well and the instructions were very simple. The bed seems very sturdy and it didn’t make any noise while we were in the bed. Some of the bars had a thin padding on them which is probably why it’s so quiet. The slats fit in easily and there is a rubber stopper to keep them from moving. The drawers that go in the headboard are a lot bigger than I thought. The lights work great! I like that we can store stuff under the bed if we need to. The price was great. I don’t really like to pay shipping however this bed was worth it! Overall we absolutely love how this bed looks and love that it is quiet! We highly recommend this bed!

Amazing bed frame, love that it is higher so I can use it for extra storage space. It’s just as pictured and was easy for the most part to put together, only down side was one of the bolts wasn’t aligned with the premade holes on the frame. It made it difficult to put together but after that it was all pretty simple. Clear cut instructions but does take a bit of time.

I bought this for my daughter's first college apartment and wanted to like it! It was easy to put together and she was really excited about the built-in chargers etc. The visible staple marks on the headboard made it look cheap and of course the holes in the fabric will eventually become bigger. Disappointed but too late to send back-- she lives in another town and returning it would be more work for me plus would just go into a landfill.

I love my new bed frame! It only took 1-2 hrs for me to set up on my own. I love the swanky style the dark blue velvet brings. It goes well with my antique plastic chandelier lamp. Two times the affordable swanky style! So cozy in my upgraded bed with my fleece sheets!

We were so excited to set this up and redo our bedroom. I have been dying to redo it for years. My husband put this together no issue EXCEPT we got 2 right rails instead of a left and right. I called and they took care of it right away. An entire new frame was sent but we only took the part needed and sent it back. It's beautiful and easy to assemble. Would highly recommend.

Update: After some back and forth (and after I submitted a review similar to the one below to Zinus' website) Zinus has contacted me and said they are going to send a replacement part. I'll update more fully when it arrives. -- I bought this bed in late January 2020. It has worked out OK, except for a couple of occasions when it wobbled in a way that made me nervous and I had to remove the mattress and bedding and tighten all the screws. Can't say whether that part was my fault or the manufacturer's but it was definitely concerning. On New Year's Day of this year, I sprained my ankle. A few days later, while getting out of bed (admittedly moving a bit awkwardly as I had my foot propped up on pillows, etc.) I broke part of the side rail in a way that exposed the bolt that attached to the headboard, as well as the dowel nut holding that bolt in place. I didn't want to glue the hardware in place, and didn't have it in me to attempt a more ambitious repair as I could barely walk at the time and was in a lot of pain. I ended up reattaching the broken piece with duct tape; amazingly, the bed has held together well enough for me to sleep on, though the headboard still wobbles when I put pressure on it. Last week I navigated to Zinus' website - I actually wrote them asking if they had any advice about how to repair the bed, a message that was never answered or acknowledged. But right after I sent that note I discovered that the bed frame was covered by a 5-year warranty. I realized that while the warranty had just expired on Jan. 28, my bed *was* under warranty when it broke. However, I was not keen on the idea of replacing the whole *bed* (for several reasons, one being that I remember how heavy the box was originally) - I just wanted a new side rail. (I figure replacing it is going to be safer than trying to reattach the broken wood and fill the holes.) So I contacted customer service and asked if it would be possible to replace just the side rail under warranty. They said yes, and opened a warranty claim. The warranty claim was rejected because it was filed Feb. 13 and the warranty expired Jan. 28. My claim included a time stamped photo showing that the bed was damaged Jan. 5. (Their response included sending me a link to the warranty policy which incidentally *does not specify when a claim should be filed*.) That was frustrating, but I can accept it; ultimately it's a question of the spirit of the law versus the letter of the law and I'm not surprised that the company and I are on different sides of it. A five-year warranty seems fairly unusual, especially for inexpensive flatpack furniture, which is part of why I didn't think to check on that when the damage happened (well, that and the fact that I was in the acute phases of recovery from my injury and thus in excruciating pain! but whatever). What bothers me me quite a bit more is that in the same email where they denied my claim, Zinus also refused to *sell* me a replacement part, saying the parts aren't priced individually. So, had I had the presence of mind to log into the website *three weeks earlier*, I could have gotten a replacement side rail *for free*, suggesting Zinus has the capacity to package and ship individual parts to customers. But if I wanted to *pay* for the same part, I was out of luck. In my response I pointed out to Zinus that their website lists sustainability as one of the company's core values, but not offering replacement parts - or any other support for customers needing to do repairs - ensures a lot of their products will end up in the landfill after a relatively short period of use. I realize that's the norm for a lot of furniture at this price point (and a lot of consumer goods generally), but it's still very disappointing.

Some of the screw holes are missing the ridges for the screw to turn into, making the frame impossible to assemble. There are also cracked parts of the wood and the color is yellow, not a neutral wood color as pictured. Now I am expected to pay postage for a return and will wind up spending more than the frame to return it. So basically I can’t use the frame and have to pay to return it. Horrible company and product.

Bed is so sturdy and easy to put together , if you have a 9-11year old. I guarantee they can assemble themselves. The quality is amazing ! Headboard looks and feels way more pricey that it actually was. Came quick with no missing or broken parts.

This bed is great value for what it costs! My daughter is autistic and loves lights. It goes perfect in her room. It wasn't hard to put together, but did take about 45 minutes for my husband. She loves the convenience of plugging her phone right into the bed. If you're on the fence, GET THIS!

I’m in the process of furnishing my new apartment and I love this bedframe! I am absolutely thrilled with this stunning addition to my bedroom. From the moment I assembled it, which was surprisingly straightforward, I knew this bedframe was a game-changer. The sleek, modern design gives the illusion of a floating bed, creating an eye-catching focal point that adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to any room. The integrated LED lights are a fantastic feature, offering customizable colors and brightness levels that allow me to set the perfect ambiance for any mood or occasion. Whether I'm reading, relaxing, or sleeping, the soft glow from the LEDs creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bedframe itself is incredibly sturdy and well-constructed, providing excellent support for my mattress. I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality since switching to this bedframe. Overall, the floating LED bedframe combines style, functionality, and comfort seamlessly, making it a must-have for anyone looking to elevate their bedroom decor. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and highly recommend it to others!
