I rarely leave reviews, but I'm writing this in the hope that it can help someone who is as indecisive as I am. I placed the order on December 21st, and the estimated delivery window was between Dec 26th to 31st; I got it on Dec 26th. My order came well-packaged in one big, heavy box. Unfortunately, it didn't get delivered to my door, so I had to carry it piece by piece to my apartment. Due to other reviews I've seen, I was super worried about gouges and missing parts. Thankfully, I received all pieces (with extra included) and no gouges. The bed is honestly beautiful and super sturdy! However, some of the instructions were hard to follow. I recommend reading the instructions manual and watching "AMERLIFE Lift Up Storage Bed Frame Assembly" by Prime Spaces on YouTube. I built this by myself, and it took me about 5 hours (granted, I'm a pretty slow person in general 😅). The video was definitely a big help! Overall, I'm very happy and would definitely recommend this bed frame!

2024 Update (6 Years after purchase) I'll keep this brief. The bedframe is super easy to put together and feels well made; however, it just doesn't hold up. In 2021, I had to warranty the frame due to squeaking and broken welds. After minimal back and forth, I was sent a replacement frame at no cost as the frame came with a 5 year warranty. Fast forward to 2024, 3 more years later, and the replacement frame is having the same issue. Lots of squeaking and upon inspection, not just a single weld has broken but 1-2 welds at each corner has broken. I reached out to Zinus customer service to see if there was anything that could be done and they told me since it has been more than 5 years since the original purpose, there was nothing they can do. I understand. That said, considering I've had experience with two factory new frames both breaking welds, becoming unstable, etc at 3 year intervals, I find it hard to recommend this frame if it will be an every day use bed. Its a wonderful frame, easy to put together, and would be super in a guest room. But for an every day sleeper, either be prepared to replace it every 3 years or look elsewhere. 2021 Review (Owned 3 years) When we first got this king size platform in 2018, we were in love with it. It felt sturdy, didn't squeak, gave ample storage beneath it, looks simple but sharp and was super easy to assemble. Over the past two years, it has developed squeakiness. Adult time has to happen in a certain direction on the bed to avoid super loud squeaking and give away the activity to the entire house and while annoying, it can be dealt with. Unfortunately, I took it apart recently in an effort to silence the squeaking through strategic placement of electrical tape at points where metal parts touch and I discovered that 1 side of all 4 of the points where the end and side pieces come together have a broken weld on the outside. I fear it is only a matter of time because the frame ultimately fails and drops us to the floor. When I looked at the warranty, which should be for 5 years, it gives a phone number to call but I can never get through. :( All in all, the squeaking is annoying but tolerable. The fear that the frame will break totally at the broken welds and not being able to get through to the company is a real bummer. I was hoping, after talking to the company, that they could either send a replacement or give a credit so we could order a replacement from bargainbeddingusa.com. It truly looks fantastic and has wondrous space beneath it.
I was very impressed by the design of this bed. There are multiple supports to reinforce the weak spots in most bed frames. It's a little low for my preference but it's great quality. The instructions were easy to follow. I would recommend this bed to anyone looking for a full size frame.

Nice bed. I like this style, simple and fit in many spaces. I got it for our guest bedroom, when my mom or family visiting. The fabric is high quality and nice to touch. The install was pretty easy for me and took me around 30 minutes.
We love it! My daughter is thrilled her bedroom looks so chic. It’s great for a pre-teen definitely fit my daughter personality. The only thing i would complain would be is the drawers they don’t stay in place because it dosent have a stopper from preventing to go all the way under the bed.Other than that is great and my husband can do something to fix that issue.

I bought this for my daughter's first college apartment and wanted to like it! It was easy to put together and she was really excited about the built-in chargers etc. The visible staple marks on the headboard made it look cheap and of course the holes in the fabric will eventually become bigger. Disappointed but too late to send back-- she lives in another town and returning it would be more work for me plus would just go into a landfill.
I bought this bed for my wife (she picked it out). A new bedroom is what she wanted for a wedding gift. After ordering it, I started reading the reviews and got extremely paranoid about things like bed bugs, and material condition on arrival. First thing I did when opening it was a deep inspection of every nook and cranny looking for any tell tale signs of bugs. I found zero. A few pieces of sawdust or wood dust here and there. But just to be on the safe side I took a vacuum hose and attachment to it to really get every spot cleaned up. It's been over a month now and no sign of bed bugs or infestation so it's safe to say this wasn't an issue for us. Another concern I read about in the reviews was smell, and ours didn't have any strong odor. The sturdiness is good enough for me (6 foot 4, 240 lb man) and her (5 foot 10, 120 lbs). We paired this bed frame with a Classic Brands Cool Gel Ventilated Memory Foam 10-Inch Mattress and it's perfect. I know some people need a bed they can put stuff under. Like bins of shoes, clothes, etc. We had to lift it up just so slightly to get these bins to slide under but once past the frame, they fit no problem. A simple solution may be to get those bed rise blocks to give it an extra half inch to inch off the floor. It's low enough that my small/medium sized dog with a bad leg can jump up on the bed and off without us worrying about him hurting himself. Granted this varies depending on the mattress you go with mostly. But our last frame was so high even with a narrower mattress, he couldn't make the jump up. Putting it together was extremely easy and the way they shipped it was intuitive. A lot of the pieces are inside the headboard, accessed from a zipper in the back (which is also great for inspection upon receiving it). Pro tip: store some scented potpourri packs in the head board to add freshness to your room, or socks with baking soda for room deodorizing. In my photo if you are wondering what nightstands we got (perfect height with a 10-12 inch mattress) it is the ADORNEVE Nightstands Set of 2,Black Nightstand with Charging Station & Drawers. I know that one of the biggest hassles with a new bed is finding nightstands that are the right height so I hope this helps someone out. Over all I am really happy with this new bed frame! And so is the wife. Happy wife, happy life.
Needed a bed frame to get my bed off the floor because I’m 8 months pregnant . This one is pretty decent , it is noisy and creaks a little . It’s taller than I thought it would be . My husband put it together and it came with all the pieces . The instructions were a bit iffy . It’s got plenty of space underneath . Only doing four stars bc of how much it creaks .
Was perfect base for antique full sized headboard and footboard.
This is an excellent quality product for the money. We have a large king size Casper mattress and we needed to replace our bedframe. We were shocked at how expensive king size bed frames have become we bought this for what we thought would be a temporary bed but when it arrived, we were so impressed with the quality and the craftsmanship and the low price that we are going to keep it as our permanent bed. We got the black color. The headboard is very nice and padded and the black legs look great I would highly recommend it is also pretty sturdy. the black color. The bed frame is impressive and heavy. It fits well with my rustic/industrial themed decor. The frame is very solid just like other reviewers have stated. The headboard is about 1/2” off my wall because of the baseboard below and the bed frame does not skew or flex enough to make any contact with the wall. There are no noises or detectable shifting that occur. I definitely recommend it both for aesthetics and sturdiness. It shipped in a box similar to what is used to pack a large flat screen TV and all contents were sufficiently buffered from each other and the outside world. The box was a little beat up but the packaging did its job. Due to weight and dimensions it was easiest to unpack and carry the pieces upstairs separately. I used a $20 electric screw driver for most of the assembly and that was a huge timesaver. I did the final tightening with the included hex key wrench after I got it into the final location. As guidance for others, I would estimate it took me 2 hours to assemble, I am mechanically inclined, I was moving rather quickly, and it qualified as a workout. With two people, it would probably take less than 90 minutes with much less physical effort.
This twin grey platform bed with trundle is so easy to put together. What a relief. Other reviews mentioned adding screws or not having pre-drilled holes, but it doesn't need extra and the design is intentional. No power tools needed. Minor spots that they added a touch up to paint but not enough to fuss. I ordered the rounded headboard/footboard but it doesn't appear for sale again in that type. It's a great little bed for kids. The trundle is a little tricky to screw slats in with wheels attaching to slats first, but I did it myself. Trundle can go either side of bed. Also be sure you put the G slat set on bed and the O slat set on trundle because there are different holes and more spaces for screws on the trundle slots. No complaints. Wish it came in full for my other room. I did wipe it down. Seems these products always come with some hand prints/smudges from factory...no doubt not made in US, but who can afford high end these days? Can't wait to finish the room.
