Due to the way items are packed only in thin plastic, they damage each other in transit. Right out of the box, pieces come with paint rubbed off exposing raw metal. The sharp edges of the slats are packed so they rub on the decorative finials of the foot board causing bare spots. This is sold as a new product and it should arrive in perfect condition, especially since the pieces that are damaged are not the slats, side, rails, or other less visible parts. It’s literally one of the most decorative parts of the bed. Gave it 4 stars bc it is cheap, looks good, easy to put together but really should be 3-star as others have noted the paint problem and the seller/maker has not done anything to address the issue. I had guests arriving and did not have time to deal with returning, etc. which is why I kept it. Also, re-ordering the same item I’m sure would result in just about the same problem.

Love the charge port. Hate that the struts don’t work. Multiple complaints from other people about the struts not working so i believe most of them don’t work. Otherwise it’s a great bed for the price.

Just installed, looks so great in my son’s room. Pretty happy. 😃

There’s damage on the box, in third picture, you could see where the damage was on the outside of the box, it hit one of the bars & left a little bit of a scruff on it but nothing that I’m mad about everything seems to be fine and in good shape I’ll probably do another review once I get it up

Instructions are pretty well made and easy if you follow up step by step. Feels solid and strong enough to hold heavy Sealy mattress Queens size. TRUST ME JUST GET IT.

Its easy to assemble, its a great enhancement to comfort. And its lighting offer great options for alternate lighting in your room in the night

I picked up the "Realhotan 18 Inch Twin Bed Frame 3500 Pounds Heavy Duty Non-Slip Metal Slats Platform Mattress Foundation" (different than now listed) to use in my spare bedroom with a twin mattress. Pros: The bed came with decent directions in English. Manufactured of a fairly heavy duty metal frame, it shipped well packaged to reduce scratching. Came with assembly tools and extra hardware. Well made and really pretty sturdy. Love how high it is off the ground which allows plenty of room for under bed storing. Cons: Building this is really a 2 person job due to the hinged mid portion of the frame which will fold back on itself during assembly. There is no real good way to keep the mattress on this frame as it has no mattress securing structure other than sticky strips which I wore out just sliding the mattress on the frame. Directions look like they skipped a few steps and I ended up with spare hardware that I'm pretty sure should have been used but I'm not sure where as they do not fit the other bolt holes not mentioned in the directions. Overall not a bad frame for the price. I'm biggest issue is the lack of mattress support keeping it from working it's way off the frame. Being used for a grand kids bed at my house, I'm afraid the kids might just end up bouncing it off the frame and causing a hazard.

Bed is looking good not great but assembly is very hard and lengthy and very little storage space

I never post negative reviews. However when my new bed collapses on the 3rd night of use while I’m peacefully sleeping, I feel it is necessary. As soon as I unpacked the box, I was skeptical- the legs were so thin, I was genuinely surprised. Most of the reviews were good and once fully assembled, it seemed stable enough. This frame supposedly will support 3500 lbs. My 200 lb quietly sleeping self shouldn’t have been an issue. The middle leg on the opposite side from where I was sleeping bent in half, causing the entire frame to collapse. Completely unacceptable, cheap materials. At least bargainbeddingusa.com’s customer service has been amazing.

Very easy to put together with minimal effort. The wood is sturdy & looks high quality.

I ordered this full size bed frame for my son. He's 27 years old and he's 6 foot tall and he's around 300 pounds and he said it's great quality. It only took us about 30 minutes to put it together. You don't have to buy a box spring to go with it, because of the metal bar's that go across the frame. I'm so glad I ordered this bed frame. If your looking for a metal bed frame then look no further. Highly recommend
