This bed is great for the price. It’s nice looking, and was relatively easy to put together. I love that I don’t need a box spring and the height from the ground is perfect. I love the look of it too. However, a couple of things to note. First, I wouldn’t call this gold. It’s more of a brass color. It’s got a brown shade to it versus a high metallic shine. It doesn’t bother me but just be aware. If you really wanted you could spray paint it gold...but then you could buy any other metal frame and spray paint that. In any case this is a GREAT deal. I bought this frame because it was similar to one I saw at West Elm...that one was $700. The second thing to note is that the frame does not come with assembly instructions. You will have to read the paper inside the box and go online to DHP and type in the right model number for the instructions. All in all I am very happy with my purchase.

These frames were so easy to assemble and are very sturdy. They don’t make any noise. Customer service was top notch. I was missing a piece since I bought a used one and they shipped it to me right away.
Extremely disappointed by order came with this huge tear in it??! Literally how?! Huge inconvenience to return an item this big. Not happy.

The box arrived severely damaged and the seller was willing to make sure all was right. As we reluctantly unboxed it, not a scratch, scuff or dent. AMAZING! The seller knows their stuff on how to package their product. Assembly: Time consuming, but not hard Appearance: Beautiful! Surprisingly, it is incredibly sophisticated. Needed the higher headboard and yet the lower platform bed does not appear to be as low as others. Thrilled with that! An incredible value for the money. Looks so much nicer than the much more expensive bed I had previously. Structure: Very sturdy and noiseless. After three weeks, still sleeping like a baby with no squeaks and good air circulation below the mattress. The lift and storage: The hydraulics work well. The bed opens with no effort and closes more easily after a couple of times and with the mattress on top. The storage space is unrivaled! Bonus- You would never know it's there. Overall, I was super skeptical ordering a bedframe online. Only wish I had more beds that I need to replace because they all would be from this seller and with this type of storage.

Good product follow instructions carefully
This bed has a ton of support. In addition to slats, it has a cross beam halfway on each side. The alignment issues people have complained about are all self imposed. They can be cured with paying attention to the assembly. The color is darker than I expected. I figured grey would be grey. Other than that, it's worth the cost. My only recommendation to the seller would be to use a different shipper. FedEx isn't a good company.

I got the full size frame and unsure what the little chair looking hooks are for since those weren’t in the instructions. It’s very sturdy and took me at most an hour to screw everything together. I didn’t have any issues with the holes not lining up either. It serves it’s purpose for me and I would buy it again.
Bought this bed frame in June for my 7 year old. It came without the side rails to hold the mattress. Contacted the company and they sent them fairly quickly. Decent looking, cheap bed. Fast forward 4 months: the frame broke today when my son got in bed. No, he doesn’t jump on the bed. He sleeps in it and that’s it. If you look at the pictures, it is broken right in the center. The wood in that part is pieced together under paint. Pretty disappointed.

Not bad for the price wasn’t hard to put together either, definitely would be easier with a drill vs a screw driver but either way works , headboard looked taller in the photo vs reality.
