I ordered 2 bed frames. The bed frames are sturdy but when the boxes were opened all the screw were all over the boxes and the longer screws that should hold the middle bars in place were not in the box . I’m going to have to put he’s them Myself I guess.

My wife and I were looking for a good bed frame and at first we thought this was going to be great, but we’ve had it for about 4 months and it’s terrible. It started to make noise a couple weeks in. We had to continuously move our mattress to re-tighten the bolts. This thing says it’s rated to withstand the weight of 3,000 lbs, but it’s already snapped. My wife and I weigh a combined total of 380lbs . We’re supper dissatisfied with this product. I want a refund. I’m not sure if it’s possible anymore., but you guys need to know exactly what you’re buying.
