   I had an issue with my frame and after explaining my needs they helped resolve my issue. Slept on the frame for 3 months and it’s sturdy. Could improve a bit with sinking at the bottom (I have a hybrid so my mattress is very bendable), but overall a good frame especially for the price.

   If you’re looking for an inexpensive (not cheap) bed frame that’s decent quality this is the one. We needed something for the guest room that was simple and could double as a day bed. We also wanted it to be able to support two adults if necessary. This works perfectly for that. Bonus: There’s a lot of storage space under the bed.

   Assembly: very easy and everything you need is supplied.

   To note: It is a light weight bed frame so it moves around easily. We have it in a corner so that’s not an issue for us. It actually makes it easier to move when cleaning and making the bed. However, if you get the twin size and it’s in the middle of the room it will move easily if bumped into.

   Sadly this didn’t last too long. First it was squeaky then loose, then falling apart. The beams are hanging on by a thread. Definitely only good for temporary use.
   I Will miss the height for all the storage space.
   Super easy to assemble, was functionally sound until it wasn’t.

   Could not assemble bed. The slots are not facing the correct direction. Seems to have been a manufacturing defect.

   I like this product so much, I bought it twice. I like that it’s high enough to not need a box spring and be able to store things underneath. We keep Rubbermaid storage containers under one side and put a dog bed on the other because my dog prefers to sleep in her “cave” under the bed. But the bed is so high, I don’t feel bad that she’s under there, she has plenty of room to be cozy and comfy.

    I love this bed frame. Easy to build. Super sturdy. I placed outdoor wooden planks to lay across the bars for better comfort. (10 planks covers a queen bed perfectly. $3/board at home depot) it becomes a perfect flat surface. Helps with my bad back.
