I LOVE THIS PLATFORM!!! I had purchased this along with a pink bed frame. This platform/frame was so good I kept this and returned the pink decorative frame. This adds so much height for storage, and my favorite, NO SQUEAKING!!! Super easy to set up and all around just works so well.

Pros: - For a lot of parts, it's surprisingly EASY for 1 person (ahem, supermom!) to put together. - Assembly takes less than 2hrs, with 1 person. - All parts lined up smoothly and easily. - Instructions are easy to follow. - Very sturdy when assembled. - Absolutely GORGEOUS bed. Cons: - Honestly, there's nothing I don't like about this bed. If you're looking for the dreamiest princess canopy bed, stop here, you've found it!

I'm really on the fence between 3 and 4 stars and I chose 4 bc the bed does work. My husband and I are larger people and this, even though it's high, feels sturdy, but it is warped. Theres another review that says it all goes together but some of the legs slightly slope inward instead of good 90 degree angled legs. This is not intentional it's a warped and mine is like that. So I do question if my slats will eventually fall out like theirs did. 2nd at the foot of the bed the slat spacing is too large and the foot of the mattress will fall between the slats, same concept for the head of the bed but we don't get in that way. Only way I was able to fix this was with a very thin box spring concept, use whatever you need. I used wallboard that's made with pvc for bathrooms I had leftover and a TV sturdy cardboard box. Anything flat with a little strength helps. I will also say that the innerspring mattress did not lay well on the frame but the foam bed we ordered is stronger and works better. I was not taking it apart and returning it so well see how long it lasts us.

The bed has the look I wanted but some of the cracks in the wood is horrible I had to run a bead of glue in the cracks and then put wood to see if I could hide the splits can't believe they would send them this way in the direction it said that "checking "is normal but this checking goes to the center of the wood. I was going to buy another bed to put in my other bed room in my log home but I don't know about that now

Recently I purchased this 7 inch metal platform bed frame and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I had higher hopes for this bed based on the reviews! I was up for the challenge of assembly and am no stranger to bed frames in a box, as my last one is from bargainbeddingusa.com as well and lasted five years (and is actually just going into my guest room). This one took almost 4 hours to unbox, unwrap and piece together if assembling alone. The head board and footboard are pretty thick which is nice, I enjoy the outlet but wish it had an on/off switch to it & some sort of safety feature like most outlets if a fuse blows off here you can click the reset vs it potentially posing risk of catching fire. I noticed immediately when laying down that it feels a little wobbly side to side and believe that has to do with the lack of a a metal support in the middle of the frame. Drawers are a lot cheaper than they looked. Height is a little lower to the ground. We will see how it goes!

So happy with this purchase! Assembly was honestly not even hard just very time consuming and tedious, but directions were very clear! Package well. I love it so much looks even better in person, I’m 4’11 so the heights works for me lol. Looks very elegant! High quality-material is soft ….just order it :)

This is an awesome bed at an amazing price! Came in a small package (I almost thought something was missing). Everything was wrapped and sealed. Took maybe 20-30min to put together. Has 4 cross bars with double sided tape so the mattress doesn't slide. Looks great and has the clearance we wanted to be able to store our toddlers toy bins underneath. Overall it's a high quality bed frame for a great price.
