This product is poorly constructed and finished.
Simply put, the price matches the quality. Its not the cheapest quality but its not "last 20yrs" quality either. While putting the screws in stop AT snug or you'll start to push the metal in as you tighten it. Down the road I'm sure this will cause them to need tightened every so often especially for someone who tosses like a rotisserie chicken all night. I also got A BUNCH of left over screws and its not because i messed up! I only needed 3 (A screw) and they gave me 18! And i have at least 1-2extra of all the others. Im also a little concerned with these welds and it would've been appreciated if they at least attempted to clean them up instead of cover it with paint but that's part of the "price matches quality" im talking about. Assembly was very simple even my 6yr old could figure it out and help and it was done in less than 2hrs. The board, i dont know why i expected it to be real, is like particle board with wallpaper over it haha. It has been quiet so far but as for hight i think they could've gone 2 inches higher, minimum. Over all i am satisfied as its about what i expected to get quality wise and it'll serve its purpose until it doesn't!
I gifted this bed to my grandson. He loves his big boy bed. It looks great in his room, we wanted him to have enough play space, so opted for a twin bed
How did you guys get the bolts through the nut? Mine wont go all the way through leaving my bed frame very very loose!! Am i doing something wrong with assembling it?? In the picture, thats the furthest my bolt will go through the nut. And its the same for the whole pack!!
We bought this bed for our 11yr old daughter. Queen size. It came well packaged. Easy to put together with 2 people. Fabric material well designed and pretty. Wood slats have Velcro for no movement. Very nice bed and great price. Highly recommend!
I wasn’t too sure about this bed at first because I wasn’t planning on going “cheap” originally but wanted to save some money in the end and glad I did. Very sturdy bed (I’m 225lbs 5’8”) very easy to put together by myself with no help took about a hour maybe a little more than that (but keep in mind I love putting together furniture lol) the gold is a dull gold like someone else mentioned but it doesn’t take from the “classy” look of the bed with the velvet and gold. Plug works great really may end up keeping longer than I originally planned depending on how it holds up. Nice height I had a bed before this that was way too high for my bad knee and hip with this I put a 14” memory foam mattress no box spring and it’s a comfortable height to climb in and out of. All together I’m satisfied.

If you're in a pinch, it is very possible to put this bed frame together by yourself, but it would be referravle and go faster with two. It took about 1.5 hours to put together and all assembly tools are included. No drills, extra screwdrivers, or hammers are needed! They also conveninently have a section of hardware that is reserved as extras, so that takes the guesswork out of the 'oops did I miss a screw somewhere' dilemma. It is extremely sturdy and there is no concern about stability. The only thing I can put as a negative is that the powerstrip is rather difficult to screw in due to the placement of it being directly next to another board. Do not buy this frame and expect to be able to put massive weight in the drawers! That wasn't a problem for me, but I know it would be for some people. Also, when I purchased this, I did not realize that there was a sizable open space behind the headboard. That did not bother me at all, but I can see why some people with pets may not want that. I could see a small Terrier or something getting stuck in that space. All in all, a fantastic value for the price and the instructions are very thorough. I recommend it!
I am very pleased with this new King Headboard and platform bed. Sorry the pillows hide most of it in this pic, but it seemed to be well constructed and sturdy, it looks beautiful, and assembly was not too difficult or time-consuming for 2 men. The 12 slats sit about 3.5" apart and were deemed insufficient by the mattress expert at Serta to support the hybrid mattress I purchased, however, so we did install sheets of 3/16" hardboard on top of the slats. Therefore, the mattress didn't quite set down into the frame as securely as I would have liked, which may allow for some movement. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
It was a little difficult to put together. If you can find a drill, you’re way better off!! It’s so pretty and feels very heavy duty. It doesn’t take up too much space and is barely off of the ground. The bed frame is super quiet! Really don’t regret buying it.
The frame came with all the necessary tools and screws and was relatively simple to put together. However, either the instructions were incorrect or the "G" and "H" parts were mislabeled. The instructions early on in the assembly didn't make sense because of this misprint/mislabel, leaving me to figure out what needed to happen to finish putting the bed together. If someone was new at putting things together, they might assume that the bed was defective and send it back. Once assembled, the bed is sturdy, functional, looks nice, and eliminates the need for a box spring. The frame does not have railings to keep that the mattress sits in, however, I haven’t had any issue with that mattress not staying on the frame as of yet. I also appreciate that it's tall enough to store things under. One star deducted for incorrect instructions. Still ALICIA APPROVED.
Love my new bed. I looked through so many beds before I decided on this one. I am so glad I did. It’s very pretty, sturdy, well made.
This twin size is just right for my child. The mattress is still on the way. This bedside lamp is very bright, which saves money on buying a table lamp. The quality of the wood is also very good, and the installation steps are also very simple. The bedside table is quite wide and can storage a lot of things.
Do not buy this bed, unless you have at least two people and about 6 hours! The directions are very hard to read and they say a half an hour to put together, but really about that long to take everything out of the box and figure out how to put it together.
