Really good bed stand works well and easy to assemble, very steady. If you wanna move is very easy to fold you don’t have to disassemble, very helpful.

I'd nearly given up faith in bargainbeddingusa.com. The quality of the products I've been purchasing lately seem like they come from the local auction or swap meet, you know what I mean? Cheap, junky items brought straight over from China? bargainbeddingusa.com is great about their customer service but what's the price we pay? Crap for convenience? Uggh. Worse is the endless bombardment of emails from sellers trying to get you to review their items. It's almost sickening, but then comes along Zinus... MARKETING: I bought this little bed frame for $53 bucks and at this price point, I'm thinking...straight from a factory from a third-world country, automatically assuming it's going to be junk with horrible instructions written in (enter foreign language here/poor English. Sadly, I've been conditioned to just accept and EXPECT crap. Although the frame may have very well been made in (enter country here), WOW. Upon opening the box I was impressed from the get-go. Included was, not one, but three greetings cards; a Thank You card and two Hello You cards. There was a SINCERE thank you note attached in which they kindly suggest you recycle the cards that were included. I know, I know, this may seem insignificant to most people but I am driven by customer service and the marketing world and THIS is great stuff! At this point, not even knowing what the quality of the frame is yet, I already know I'm going to give them at least a four-star review, just based on their marketing. So, Kudos to your marketing team, Zinus! INSTRUCTIONS: I have YEARS of constructing and assembling many household items throughout my lifetime. I'm pretty certain this is the BEST set of instructions I have ever seen. Not even kidding. Just one large sheet with clear instructions in perfect English on how to assemble it. Super Simple. Took 15 minutes all by myself. QUALITY: Oh my gosh. Not what I was expecting...as you all know by now. It's sturdy, durable, and very well made. No need to elaborate on this point further. BONUS POINTS: Now, this is the item that, in my book, sailed Zinus to the TIPPY TOP of all the businesses I've bought from on bargainbeddingusa.com. It's the gosh dang adorable little ratchet that was included. Yup, this little tool made a HUGE difference in the ease of assembling the frame. If Zinus had included a picture of the ratchet and added $5 or even $10 more dollars to the price, I would have bought it over all of their competition! A ratchet...sounds silly, right? But I truly believe the frame will hold up longer having used this tool rather than hand-tightening it with a customary allen wrench (which happens to be included in case you have a preference). I have very sensitive wrists and this was an unexpected true blessing. HOME RUN: I am so pleased to have bought this item from you, Zinus. The people at your company really love what they do and it shows. And it wasn't just about the marketing. The combination of sincerity and a great product (and the ratchet, of course) shows you guys are in it for more than just the money. I must add too, this is the first time I've taken the time to post pictures. Not lazy, just very busy, but your product and customer service made that much of an impact on me that I felt the need to show specifics. Wishing you the best of luck, Zinus. It'd be awesome if ALL THE SELLERS on bargainbeddingusa.com were held to your standards.

The bed is great quality. With a 12 inch mattress, it's perfect. The drawer is a little flimsy pushing it back and forth and smaller than I thought, but it works. Backboard is sturdy and the lights are a cool feature.

Another Update: I changed my stars again from 1 star to 2 stars, because I contacted Lucid, and I was completely reimbursed. I had to send photos of the broken bed, along with my proof of purchase. I was kindly sent a check. I'm grateful about that. Thank you, Lucid, for not making this more difficult. Update: This twin XL was for my guest room. It has barely been used. It’s been slept in, easily less than a month. My son has been visiting over the holidays and he is 6 feet tall and about 195 lbs. the slats under the bed broke. He came downstairs this morning and told me that he had to put the mattress in the floor. So now I’d give one star. Just assembled bed and it’s lovely. I don’t know how well it will hold up though as it hasn’t even been slept on. I included a photo because had I known before buying, I would not have gotten a 10 inch mattress. Due to its thickness, it hangs over the end/foot a bit. If the mattress had been thinner (8 inch or less) it might have tucked under the headboard a bit, and would not have hung over at the foot of the bed. I’m sure a bed spread will cover this. Assembly was fairly simple. I have assembled a LOT of furniture and this bed had a few very minor issues. Holes did not line up well so some screws are somewhat at an angle and do not feels as secure as they maybe could. All parts were there, nothing missing. It was packaged well so that there were no scratches or damage. It is an inexpensive bed for our guest room so I am happy with it. Will it last for years with daily use? I am uncertain. Its a bit flimsy maybe.

I ordered this bed frame and one of the brackets on the leg was broken off. Exchanging it was surprisingly simple, no complaints there. But the next one showed up with the same bracket ready to break off on not one, but two of the four legs this time! I included pictures: one showing the broken bracket from the first set, the others showing a cracked angle bracket weld from the second set along with a whole one for comparison. The welded angle brackets are the only thing connecting the legs to the horizontal frame, so they have to be able to bare the entire weight of the bed. Unfortunately, I had already set the whole thing up before noticing the cracks in the welds, and I ultimately decided to just give up. It wasn’t worth taking the whole thing apart so I could lug the extremely heavy box downstairs AGAIN for a return. Now I’m just looking for a new frame and desperately hoping the whole thing doesn’t collapse in the meantime! Aside from the brittle welds on the legs of the frame it seems like a decent product, but the frame is only as sturdy as its weakest point, and this is clearly a recurring design flaw that totally comprises its structural integrity. Not even close to being worth the money, not to mention all the wasted time and effort.

Easy to build, instructions were clear. The headboard is a little smaller than advertised but great material and sturdy, i love.

At first I thought there were some items missing, but going on building the bed, all appeared to be there. Pro: Small (heavy) package. Easy to store if needed (as in my case in a few years) Pro: Does not slide! The bed doesn’t slide on the tile floor. Mattress stays put, which I honestly didn’t expect. Pro: Easy to assemble. I did it by myself. Nicely high bed. Con: Although all parts were well wrapped. There were a few small paint chips off (see picture). This is not visible once you use it. I definitely would buy it again. Excellent price-quality! Makes no sounds and is not wobbly. Exactly as promised.

I put two of these beds together frames together this afternoon, 3/25/25. I put my 40lb son to bed and then carried my 45lb daughter and as I played her down the bed instantly collapsed. Thankfully we weren’t hurt when we fell through the frame. I instantly realized that the mattress was being held up by a thin piece of wood attached to the frame by tiny metal staples. Now the company is trying to make me take these beds apart to return when I feel they should just refund my money and I trash them. At the very least if they want the wood back they could come pick it up the way it is. I strongly suggest to never buy one of these bed frames . It’s a piece of junk.

Overall, I'm so impressed with this 2-in-1 tool. It's saved me time, reduced stress, and left me feeling pampered. 10/10 would recommend!"

  • Probably the best bed frame u can get on bargainbeddingusa.com for the price. It’s soooo cute and it feels pretty sturdy. Took me about an hour and a half to assemble it but that’s to be expected. Instructions were rlly straightforward and easy to use. Everything lines up really well and i didn’t really have any issues screwing in anything like you typically would with this kind of furniture. Squeaks a little bit but that doesn’t really bother me. I am soooo happy I took the risk (when I bought it had 1 review so I was nervy lol)

Not as bright as illustrated, more of a brushed antique brass finish, but still quite pretty. As others have noted, the welding is minimal, but should be adequate unless you anticipate exceptionally athletic activities. The hardware kit doesn't agree with the assembly instructions. Assembly calls for only 12 of the long machine screws (for attaching the corners), and four short screws plus four flat washers (for attaching foot caps to the footboard). The remaining screws, nuts, and assorted washers serve no indicated purpose. They may be intended to be used in assembly, but it's not stated. If the are for attaching the head and footboard to frame rails, there aren't enough of them. Okay, regarding the hardware kit: four short screws, four lock washers, and four flat washers are used to attach the frame rails into the footboard, which is threaded. Four long screws, lock washers, flat washers, and nylons nuts are used to attach the frame rails to the headboard. The large plastic washers go between the frame rails and the Head/Footboard, eight total. In short, I'm happy with this set, and can figure out the minor strangeness.
