Fingers crossed that the bed holds together! It was delivered with rust on the frame already, which was extremely disappointing. I'll definitely be updating this if it falls apart! It was pretty easy to build, however.

Super cute! My daughter loves it!! Everything was there came in great condition. Super easy to put together I did it all by myself within maybe 1 hr 30 mins.

This is terribly made, some screws dont go in all the way abd some holes dont match the screw leveled once is put through the hole. I even and leveled everything and im having a difficult time.

Not as high as described also doubt it’s bad sturdy as described, took me 3 hours to install I might have to get some risers or something cuz a spring box would have the mattress covering the headboard.

The screws came just like the photo, all over the place. There was a big warning label on the package saying it contains lead and it can cause cancer which freaked me out a little not gonna lie. But other than that. The bed is absolutely beautiful. It is so comfy, took me about two hours to put together with help. Doesn’t squeak as of now!!! I love it.

Overall I like the product, but the headboard had a stain on it when I unwrapped it, and it has a weird edge/bump in one area that looks off and is kind of sharp. Also one of the side pieces was slightly damaged, and one of the bars was scratched.

The screw holes were messed up had to go buy a tap and die set for $80 to be able to assemble the bed. Something that’s pre assembled shouldn’t have these issues. Using the tap and die was easy and it is a nice bed, but had i known the issue I wouldn’t buy it. If you really like the bed then obviously you can get it and overcome the issue, I just didn’t want to return it, I hate returning things, but I wouldn’t recommend. Also the middle legs don’t touch the ground before there’s weight on the bed, even if you extend the legs as far out, you’ll completely unscrew them before they reach where the foot and head of the bed touch, but that coooouuldd be my floors, so I’m not 100% on that one. I live in a pretty old building and I don’t know how level the floors are so that’s why I say I’m not sure. It looks pretty much just as pictured, if you really like it definitely still get it but if you’re on the fence then these are things to consider. I didn’t rate the storage because I haven’t built the drawers yet, the top is really nice it’s nice to have somewhere to put small things and charge your devices right on the bed. I am re submitting 5 stars instead because of the outstanding customer service. Like I said I liked the bed and there were issues building it, after seeing their attentiveness to the issue and their persistence to make things right I would honestly say if you like the bed absolutely get it because even if you bump into issues like we did I have no doubts the company will make it right just as they did with me. Also! I did build the drawers now and they’re huge so it definitely has saved me a lot of space being able to put stuff neatly under the bed. I also have actually slept on it every night basically since building it and I can say it’s a sturdy and not entirely silent but for sure quiet bed. I’ve enjoyed the purchase so far and don’t regret taking the extra step to make the product work. It’s also really nice at the headboard it’s basically a nightstand with how much space you get for little things up there.

Perfect! It is very pretty, very classy and sturdy. The instructions could’ve been a smidgen more detailed, but it didn’t take us more than an hour to put together. It was easy. The tool they gave you was junk. Just use a real tool. Very happy with my purchase. Great bed!!

I got this bed frame after a ton of research.. and finally just chose this one because there's too many to pick from on bargainbeddingusa.com (first world problems I know lol). It was SO HEAVY.... and I avoided putting it together because it sounds intimidating - but I did it by myself in about an hour!!! It seems super sturdy, although we haven't had gymnastics class it it yet, I think it'll be fine for our tumbling workouts. We're so used to our old bed that creaked with the slightest movement... this bed is SILENT!!!!! You can't hear if someone is even getting in or out of bed, it's like magic! It looks fantastic and seems very very sturdy. Wicked easy to put together. I'm a visual person and the instructions were all pictures, so it was easier for me. If you need words for instructions it might be harder for you. Everything was clearly labled on the plastic bags each part came in (so don't open all the bags before you get started.. just lay them out and open as you go. I'll update this after a few aerobics classes if it doesn't work out well for our dance offs - but I really think this bed will be great for not only sleeping and relaxing - but all bedroom sports. Enjoy it! 6 month update: still love it! Still quiet, absolutely no noise from it! Still comfy! It's perfect. We have a foam mattress on it and that's all you need, I wouldn't put a box spring like some have recommended because you don't need it. 10 out of 10

Super easy to build and the storage units are super nice and deep enough to store plenty of items. I truly recommend it.

I had about 4 different beds in my cart for about 3 weeks. I thought about it long and hard and finally decided on this one, although it was a bit more costly than the others. I really wanted the functionality, storage and look of this bed. It is delivered in two separate boxes and may not deliver on the same day. It was a bit overwhelming unboxing it and seeing the large amount of pieces, but the instructions and patience while listening to podcasts made it easy to assemble. The only bump I did run into during assembly is the instructions about where/how to install the light bar. Following the picture diagrams carefully and installing it as instructed to placed the led bar in a place that would not allow you to then install the shelves. Peeling the light bar off after it was already tacked down with the included 3M tape was near impossible and damaged it beyond use. I messaged the seller about this and they compensated me a large difference. More than what the light bar would’ve cost alone. I continued with the assembly and finished in about 4 hours doing is alone and at times entertaining a toddler. I love the amount of cross bars for support of the mattress. It adds so much stability and feels truly strong. I’ve slept on more expensive beds with less support. The use of shelves and drawers is great, so functional and there is no wobble. I was worried that with sitting down or getting up would make the headboard wobble but it doesn’t budge and I feel confident in putting more fragile items there. Really happy with the final result!

I received much earlier than expected which was a huge plus! Then when we were ready to assemble, only one of the two beds we ordered came with the parts 🤦🏻‍♀️ So… me being the patient person I am, called bargainbeddingusa.com, they offered me a return or they could get intact with the manufacturer…long story short we really do appreciate bargainbeddingusa.coms attempt after hours but I went ahead and contacted Ashley furniture myself and was able to get 2 full bags of the tools it was supposed to come with 🤗 without extra charge. After 3weeks We were eventually able to put the beds together once the supplies arrived!🙌🏻🙌🏻 Very easy to assemble, materials could have better identification 😒 I feel because it’s made by Ashley furniture the bottom portion of the frame could be more sturdy.

This was a fun project that allowed us to turn a grown kid's bedroom into a home office that accommodates guests. The biggest lesson I learned from this is you MUST "read and follow the directions" which is not easy for me because I tend to grab the cut-sheet and go. But when it says to read the plans AND watch the video, it's critical advice since I found details missing in the plans that were included in the video and vice versa. Sometimes the order of steps is different in the plans and the video shows why the order of steps is important. You really need both plans and video and lots of attention to detail to make sure the hardware is installed exactly where it needs to be. I found it easiest to convert the DVD to video on my iPad and keep it handy in the workshop. PROS: Easy to follow plans when accompanied by video. High quality hardware that installs easily if plans are followed. Operates smoothly and looks great! Lots of options to customize. CONS: One shortfall of the kit is the fact it shows options without providing any details or dimensions. For instance, you can build decorative picture frames for the plywood front to simulate doors and drawers. But you must leave a 1/2 to 3/4" gap between the bottom of the picture frame and the baseboard trim or it will bind when opening. MODIFICATIONS: I found that as long as strict attention was paid to the mechanical portions, you can extend vertical supports to create a taller wall unit with bookcase. Just ensure you retain a header that is firmly attached to wall studs. We added a light bridge/shelf and installed the Rockler Murphy Bed Lighting Kit that is available on their website, but not on bargainbeddingusa.com for some reason. There is a 12" and 60 lb limit on mattresses and after consulting with Create-a-bed folks, I learned the horizontal bed is much more forgiving on weight when the mattress is hinged on longitudinal axis vs. the traditional vertical Murphy bed. We used a 78 lb, hybrid inner-spring/memory foam mattress that is VERY comfortable, reasonably priced, and works perfectly in the horizontal bed. I am attaching a few photos that show the basic bed I built. Missing is the matching bookcase and crown molding that ties the two together, but you'll get the idea. (The mattress looks a little lumpy in the picture because it just came out of the packaging and is still inflating. After a few hours, it grew to a full 12" pillow-top and looks great!)

Highly recommend this bed. The instructions were great, so was the packaging of all included items. Put it together myself in no time. Extremely sturdy and the slats and metal crossmember frame were a big upgrade from my previous bed which I needed. Outcome as seen in the pictures and video tell it all. Beautiful bed and for the price, you can’t beat it. Lastly, I love the “floating” vibe it gives.
