I didn't have as difficult of a time in assembly as some of the other reviews had, but I did take my time and put this together over the course of a few hours. The stickers on some of these pieces are so stuck on there and also are paper so they'll rip and also leave residue which is not fun. This bed is also meant to only be used with a mattress. My previous bed frame required the used of a box frame and putting the box frame with a mattress on this frame just looks ridiculous.

the only issue i had was one of my number 11 pieces were too short so i couldn’t get the screw in one of the holes but everything else was perfect. I was hesitant to buy bc no reviews but its really sturdy me and my big fat boyfriend lay on it. The price is reasonable and i love it. For doing this by myself it only about 4-5 hours so i’m sure if you have someone else you can get it done easily. it was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear.
This is my 1st platform bed. I searched high and low for a high bed to mimic the height of my previous and traditional bedframe, box spring and mattress. I almost didn't buy this frame because it had no reviews, but for the price I decided to give it a try. I have the 12 inch Zinus mattress, 2 inch bed topper and a quilted mattress pad..The height and the comfort of this combination is insane and Iove it..And to think I almost passed up on this bedframe because there were no reviews. Can't beat it for less than $130 dollars. I will update should my review, if I am not pleased in a few months.. Update: 7/14/2024 ** No complaints... I absolutely love my bed! **
This bed frame is an absolute disaster compared to the description. It’s outrageous that they refuse to accept returns or provide refunds for a defective and damaged product. This policy is beyond ridiculous and utterly unacceptable. I wasted over 3 hours assembling this ridiculous bed frame. As shown in the pictures, I discovered numerous damages and defects during assembly. But they won't accept a refund? that's pretty insane. Despite this, I decided to tolerate it, hoping the end result would be acceptable since it was a cheap purchase. Unsurprisingly, the final product was a massive letdown. My mattress slide all over the unstable bed frame and even with a slightest movement. For the other customers, I provided pictures with descriptions of the issues. 1) Back of the headboard is poorly stapled. I get that it's a cheap frame, but the least you could do is ensure all the staples are secure, rather than sticking out and posing a risk of injury. 2) The metal frames were covered in scratches all over. How on earth did they handle this product during packaging and shipping? Do they not have any quality control or inspection department to check these products before sending them out? 3) Do they have absolutely no clue how to handle leather? This marking is a permanent scratch that no solution could fix. Seriously, where is their quality control or inspection department? Do they even have one? 4) Seriously, look at these careless, "I don't give a damn" staples!! (Ok I'll understand it because it is a cheap frame). And what on earth is that bump on the frame leg? This turned into a nightmare when I tried to attach the side frame. I had to force the bolts to fit in. For that reason, I spent at least an hour trying to get the side frame connected to the headboard. Absolutely unacceptable!! 5+6) Since this is the back and bottom of the bed frame, I guess I'll try to tolerate it. But seriously, look at this mess. Everything is tearing and ripping apart. Even the LED lights are falling apart. This is beyond frustrating. 7+8) Despite everything, the bed frame was coming along. But look at the last picture! Do the employees there have anger issues? Did they rage out their rage on some of the products before shipping them out? What is this? It looks like someone raged with a tool or something. I was extremely unsatisfied with the product and the end result. So, I called bargainbeddingusa.com customer service, and they told me I have to take the whole thing apart if I want a refund or to return the product. What are they talking about? Do they expect me to waste another 3 hours disassembling this mess? Now, I’m waiting for the seller to contact me so I can resolve this nightmare.
Great concept but very fragile. Metal stands on the bottom started to bend and is scratching the floor! Maybe if there was a plate at the bottom of the stands (there’s only 3 holding up the entire bed) Easy to set up but it took a few hours… the drawers aren’t attached to anything so they roll around sometimes.
It’s so beautiful. Was easy to put together. Took me about 2 hours alone. I’m very impressed with the weight capacity and sturdiness. The mattress does not move or slide. I’ve already received a ton of compliments saying how beautiful the bed frame looks. Buy it!
Assembly was a breeze, and it's lightweight enough to move around with ease. However, I do wish it felt a bit more solid and sturdy - it's a bit flimsy for my liking.
I love the look, my daughter loves the slide! It's a win, win. Is seemingly sturdy after using it for about 2 months.
With this bed it's the most modern bed to date. A lot of furniture these days comes with led lights and so does this one. It's just long enough to light up your headboard in a simple and cool way for someone who just wants to read a book before bed without having their entire room light on. It comes with a small compact remote where you can change between 7 different colors, the speed of the light if you want flash along with the brightness such as dimming with the click of a remote. This is perfect if you have a kid who needs a night light without having to turn on the bedroom light. It has a usb type c in which after owning this bed for two months personally is my main phone charging port that charges my iPhone at 1% per minute. My only complaint I have about this bed is one it squeaks if you're moving around turning over at night and I suggest although it says you don't need a box spring, I suggest getting one as when I used only my mattress, I felt the bars of the bed underneath. For single use only. I'm 5'8 and it's the perfect length for me. I suggest this bed for a teen-age kid or a young single adult. Also, the lights come on a separate roll, so you don't have to put it on the headboard if you don't want to. You can put it anywhere on the bed or just not put it on the bed at all and just use it on anything else if you want to. This is a two-person installation at one point at least for installing the headboard and footboard to the bed. All around from my personal experience so far, I rate this bed a 4.5 out of 5.
I use it with a rather thin mattress, but a thicker one would raise the height a little. I like it sitting low. It’s very durable! I’m not a small person and it holds me well and doesn’t make noises when I move around on it. It was very easy to assemble and the backboard is super cute! Very happy with it!
There was a little chip on the headboard. We read varying reports about how easy/long it took to install. There were detailed instructions included as well as tools for installation. We hired someone to put together the bed. It took him three hours (one person). The drawers are odd: they aren't actually connected but are on rollers! It looks nice. It doesn't appear durable but it might be. We haven't tested the lights/connections yet.
This item was not hard to assemble, although it will require two people. Overall happy with the construction, and quality. The drawers can be a bit tricky, but I just used a magnet with adhesive to make it easier to Open and Close them. Love the light asthetic it gives the room.
I loved this bed it was super easy to assemble, all the pieces arrived correctly and even before the scheduled date. The only thing I didn't like is that it's not made of leather and rather it's a type of fabric, but I'm fine with that it still looks beautiful! My dog also loved it! 😂🩷
This bed is super cute and simple to put together. Very sturdy as well!
