So this is how the product was shipped to me. The end looked like it was Malled by a tiger and the box was completely open with the instructions hanging out of the box. The instructions do not list all the pieces that you should have in the box so I had no way of knowing if they were all there until I put it together. It went together pretty easy and it is a stronger bed frame for my over weight bed which I needed. Now it has more support and I don't have to worry about ruining an expensive mattress on a cheap frame. So I would have given 5stars if my box didn't come Malled by a tiger, wet, and completely open. Bed frame does a great job though.

I purchased this product and was a bit weary, given all of the negative reviews. I have to say I was completely satisfied. Exactly as mentioned, all parts were intact. Would definitely buy again. A solid product for the price.

Wish the height was taller but I am satisfied with my purchase especially with the price point compared to if you were to walk into Star furniture , Rooms to go or any other huge furniture store. This bed was done in about 2 hours with 2 people . Great buy!

Recently downsized from a house to an apartment and getting this bed frame was my way of gaining extra much needed storage. We originally planned to put books in the cubbies but unfortunately I didn’t pay attention to the measurements in the photos and they are not big enough to hold books. Actually, they are really not big enough for anything. Maybe a slender alarm clock or something. Anyway, the drawers are a decent size. They have little wheels so they even slide smoothly, even on carpet. My daughter loves the bed frame, I just dislike the cubbies.

This bed came in less than 5 days!!! Everything was in excellent condition! I believe it took about 2 hours for me to put it together. I’m not the greatest at putting stuff together. But if you are this will be a piece of cake!! I love the amount of space underneath the bed! This is not a low platform bed! It looks that way in the pictures but if you have a decent size mattress the bed will sit at a perfect height!! Also there is no squeaking and no box spring needed!!! I bought the king size and couldn’t be anymore happpy with my purchase:)

I got this for my daughter’s birthday and absolutely love it! I was scared to order based on the reviews, but the bed is a good quality all around! My only complaints is that we didn’t receive the instructions, so we had to figure out how to assemble it (which wasn’t too hard) and that the hinges that secure the bed on the back are exposed (Easy enough to cover with a pillow) The bed itself is very sturdy, it hold my 200+lb partner and our kiddo without giving way. So overall we’re very happy with this purchase!

I like this bed, exactly what I expected. It was medium difficulty setting up, but I put it together myself. Has a lot of parts, but everything was labeled and the screws came in an organized package. The charging station in the middle I have mixed feelings about. I was charging my iPhone and after about 10 min it stopped charging. I took the block off and plugged the cable directly in the c-charger port and it started charging again. Also the led lights went out while it was charging the second time, but popped back on once I unplugged the cord from the c-charger port. I will give it more time, but hopefully it doesn’t become a big issue. Other than that, the bed is really nice. Pictures shown has 10in memory form mattress on it.

I bought this bed frame because I wanted more storage and something that didn’t squeak every time I moved, and I ended up getting way more than I expected. First of all, the headboard design is really nice. The dark grey fabric has a soft, linen like feel, and the overall look is clean and modern. It fits right in with the rest of our neutral toned bedroom. The built in charging ports are probably my favorite part. I usually charge my phone and earbuds at night, and my partner plugs in a Kindle or tablet, and we still haven’t run out of ports. Everything’s right there, no more stretching cords across the room or using bulky nightstand chargers. The LED lights are a fun bonus. It’s actually kind of relaxing to have the soft light on before bed. The remote is easy to use, and I’ve tried the app a few times too, it works fine. We keep it on a dim warm setting most of the time, but the color options are fun for movie nights. Storage drawers are roomy and roll smoothly. I’m using two for extra bedding and the other two for off season clothes. They slide out easily and feel secure with the clips that hold them in place. Assembly took a couple of hours, but the instructions were clear. Once it was set up, it is very sturdy, no wobbling or creaking even when getting in and out of bed. Huge plus for me since I’m a light sleeper. All in all, this bed frame checked every box for me—style, function, storage, and comfort. Super happy with it.

Very easy to assemble. I absolutely love how sturdy and well-made it is. The light adds a cool vibe along with the adorable cloud headboard. The company was very supportive in handling my questions and replied quickly.

Pretty but mine had some issues. There is a hole at the top of one post. One post foot is bent and the nuts and bolts will not tighten enough. The tool is either slightly to big or too small to fit for tightening. So I can't really recommend this frame as pretty as it is. I might have to buy hardware and my own wrench.

Bed is absolutely perfect BUT only one small 1FT section of lights work!

Great product, easy to assemble, looks great, great price. Seems sturdy, Great storage space, can move the drawers to either side of the bed, lights look good. Only wish the bottom of the drawers were solid, but cut a piece of shelf liner (or can use plastic place mat) and placed in the bottom and works just fine.

Am glad I didn't pay much attention to some of the reviews on this bedframe it is quite sturdy and easily put together, the finish product looks quite expensive too, very nice only a tiny thing a little package damage but still nice.

I have been using this bed in my master bedroom for a little over 3 months now. It’s super sturdy. It was very easy to assemble. Good value for the price. I would recommend this bed!

Update: We contacted the manufacturers and they did offer to send us a new piece to the bed. Unfortunately, they said it would have 30 days to get here, which isn’t ideal. They also were trying to get us to take the broken piece to a “wood master” to get it fixed and they would reimburse us. They gave us a full refund in the end. When putting bed together, we followed all the directions and when the peg went into the head board the wood split. It looked like it was going to be a nice bed, disappointed it broke right on the front where you can see it.
