Overall, 4.9/5 stars. Quality of materials is very good. All the visible wood is very nice hardwood, nice matte finish, very tasteful. Hardware is very good, better than I expected. Design is lovely. I wanted a nice wood platform bed with no headboard. I love the legs not being at the corners, it's already saved me stubbing my toe a few times and it looks great. Non-visible wood is all plywood and laminate. It's fine. It works. Of course you'd rather have solid wood but if it's out of sight and it works, who cares, I guess? All the hardware was included, all of it was good quality, no bad threadings or inserts coming out or anything like that. Everything fit, and when you're done it looks great. One tiny issue: I got no instructions! But I called the company and in two minutes a real live human told me where to look on the website to find the PDF. Maybe it's not supposed to have instructions? Anyway, good fast customer service. If you don't get instructions in yours, go to the Baxton Studio web site and search for "Kaia", then pick the correct sized bed. You'll go to a page that has a link to a PDF of the assembly instructions. I did add one thing. Once it was done the gap at the end of the slats was about 3.5". That's fine, but I have an all latex foam mattress. I didn't want the foam to be sagging into the gap at the end of the bed when I sat on the edge of the bed. So ran out and bought a couple of 1"x3"x8' boards and cut them to length, and screwed in some small blocks to the side rails. So in the images above, the very end slats are not included in the bed, they're what I installed. I think with a normal inner coil mattress or certainly with a box spring you don't need to do this. Probably even with mine you don't really need it, but I felt better with more support at the ends. Anyway, I really like this bed. It was easy to assemble, the quality is great, the price was great, and it looks fantastic. Highly recommended.
It’s a great bed! Beautiful , just what I wanted, not overpriced, and does not make much of any noise if you are a light sleeper. It is a queen size so fits me and my 80 lbs fur baby comfortably 💗 I’d recommend the king size if you’re married and want some space to spread out away from your spouse, however. Especially if you have animals or children that like to sleep with you.

Was hard to put together and couldn't get one of the screws to actually screw in. Wish there was actually wording on the instructions not just pictures but other than that I like it and holds up well . also on the metal bars don't screw too tight or you'll bend the metal. The blugs work great too.

Absolutely love this bed frame!! It’s perfect for what I needed!! Only problem was it took 3 hours to put together and the holes didn’t line up just right.

Easy to assemble. Nice and sturdy the only thing that was wrong was that the dent on the middle metal piece other than that it's great.
This is a great bed frame. Mattress sits slightly down into it and it is very sturdy. We love the look of it and it's easy to get in and out of.
This full-size bed is amazing! The LED lights on the headboard create a cozy ambiance, and the built-in USB and Type C ports are super convenient. It's sturdy, stylish, and functional. And it was really easy to assemble. Highly recommend!
My dog really loves her bed! She’s such a princess we thought we’d get her this and make it so enchanting by adding the flowers and canopy. It looks amazing! The noise level is great and we don’t even hear her when she jumps up . She sleeps great and snores and whimpers like she’s running in the field having puppy dreams . No parts were missing , easy to put together and is well worth it ! Would definitely buy again!
This bed frame is amazing and the education mathematics about it is it really took me and my wife 8hrs to install the bed the head board however was the hardest to assemble but we came through, we bought the enhomee queen bed frame for our son 15th birthday and he is loving it so much
This bed was fairly easy to put together. The issue? The screws and the hand tool they provide. The hex key is trash and with a drill will go so much faster. The bed is sturdy and holds up as expected. The size is also correct and matresses fit. Appearance is decent for what I needed it for. My boys are rough the bed is doing well but time will tell how long it will last. Update 3/25/25: The bed has fallen apart. The slates no longer hold up the mattress. Although we used a drill that was not enough to keep the slates in. My sons are 5,8, and 10. Collectively they weigh no more than 170. What caused the bed to fall in like this idk.
I think this bed is so perfect so easy to assemble and just adorable. Love the velvety headboard. Very sturdy an best part no box spring needed.
I purchased 2 of these bed frames for my guest bedroom and it worked out just as I expected. The frames were easy to assemble - I did one and my spouse did the other in like 15-20 mins. I also got a couple headboards to assemble to it and it works. I did have to remove a couple of the screws to make the headboard sit flushed against the frame but that was an aesthetic choice.
