I love the sturdiness of the bed frame and the fact that I can charge my phone from the shelf of the bed frame and put my phone into the side sleeve. The lights under the bed work fine, but the ones above the shelf barely light and don't match the colors on the remote or the lights under the bed which is why I gave it 4 stars. Need a new light strip for the shelf and I'd give it 5 stars.
So easy to put together it took me about 45 minutes. It’s beautiful and so sturdy for the price this bed frame is AMAZING. I love it so much
First of all - this comes in a fairly small box - about 3.5 feet long 8 inches wide and 60 lbs. so you may need help getting it to the assembly area. All the parts are clearly marked and instructions are good... but like all of these style assemble-yourself frames you have to lay out all parts first and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. Compared to other bedframes from large chains - this one was easy to assemble. Bear in mind that you assemble the headboard and then have to reverse it to connect to the lower portion. Many pieces, but only took about an hour. I'm impressed by the quality of the metal and especially the ease of putting in the many 'slats'. One thing to note - as you can see in the photo - the design of the headboard is hidden behind pillows - so if you like to see the design all the time, consider a higher headboard version. Overall - very pleased with the frame and would purchase again and recommend to others.
The package arrived intack, however the actusl item was scratched and soiled! I contacted seller but to date have not received any reply! Quality is bad. Color is soiled snd cracked. Appearance is very bad assembly very difficult and actual size not as described so unable to fit with stamdard twin size
Super cute bed! I upgraded my 7 year old from a twin to a full. It is super adorable. Took my hubby a little bit to put together. But well worth it! I would recommend to others! Only thing that was a little frustrating was that the headboard holes were a little off from each other. So it took a minute to get it on. But we got it together.
When I first opened up the package I saw lots of parts! I had bought another one for a full sized bed and you just opened it and put it up. It was packed and marked very well The booklet was clear except for one thing. They repeated several times not to completely tightened everything until the end. I came to one screw (d) and nut (g) and I couldn’t get the nut to turn more than a couple of times. So it was very loose. After calling a few people I decided to continue on, I followed step by step easily. Having another person to hold pieces would have been a great benefit, but I was able to accomplish it by myself At the end you tighten all the screws and nuts. Using the tool in the picture, I was able to tighten all the nuts that would not turn It took me about 4 hours to do it ❤️ Love how it looks and it’s very sturdy
I gave this bed 2 stars before, because my center leg got bent just from normal use, but I am now giving 4 stars because Zinus sent me a new center leg, center support beam, and some new instructions for free! They wrote: "We do suggest on hardwood floor to use furniture pads under the legs to prevent the legs from slipping." When I replaced my leg and beam, my old leg's threaded bolt was barely bent. My advice: when you pound the center beam into the "Quick Snaps" with the included mallet, the last steps (6&7) of the frame instructions, do *not* pound it all the way in so that the leg foot touches the floor. Leave around 2 mm clearance, then put a furniture pad (or furniture slider) under the leg. That way if the bed slides during normal use hopefully the foot won't catch on the ground and bend the leg; or else pads under all legs might prevent the bed from sliding at all. The 18-inch-high bed is great if it is safe because of the extra height for storage and just for sweeping and seeing under it. But I still would hesitate if I had pets or kids who could get under there. Here is my old review: "The cylindrical center leg just screws directly into the long metal center support beam, with no washer or plate to distribute load. If the bed slides even a little across the floor, the center leg will tilt. This happens in normal use, if you try to move the bed, or even if people moving on top of the bed cause it to shift. If the bed slides sideways even an inch, the threaded bolt at the top of the leg will try to twist that center beam. Something has to give. That center leg is just a prop that only works if it is perfectly vertical, but if the bed shifts and forces the leg to tilt, the hollow leg cylinder may bend and crumple inside, since the bolt is hidden. I do not know that this is what is happening! Still, I suspect I could tear out the leg just by hand, by grabbing it and pulling to the side. Whenever I look at it, it is tilted in a different direction just from the bed moving around. Look at your own center leg and even at the promotional pictures: the center leg looks slightly tilted even in the advertisements. If there is a design flaw, it could be particularly dangerous because the 18-inch-high frame allows children and pets to crawl underneath, plus you'll fall farther. I’d love the bed if it were not a hazard, because I can see and sweep and store under it. But it seems dangerous and I have not slept well on it because I worry it’s going to collapse. I think there is a design flaw in that flimsy center support leg. The bed looks sturdy until you realize that those thick corner legs may give a false sense of security -- I hope they are enough, because the center leg is gammy."
Great value! I was resistant with the low cost that I would get not for quality but it is great! It’s sturdy, doesn’t make noise, and looks great! Directions say to use two people to Assemble which I would recommend. I did it by myself so it was a little more difficult for me with balancing stuff but it is possible. Everything came labeled to help assembly run smooth. Color and size exactly as ordered. I love my new bed! Slowly my room is coming together.
It took me three hours to assemble this bed, most of that from trying to decipher the instructions versus how the pieces were labeled. The pieces were not labeled in accordance with the instructions. So a lot of it was a guessing game going off of the poor illustrations in the booklet. But once it was assembled, it held up true to expectations. Extremely sturdy. Very supportive. Not noisy at all. And all at a very decent price.
Was scared to buy this product as it had no reviews, was afraid the quality wouldn't be great for the price, and had a 2 and a half week delivery time. ALL OF MY ANXIETIES WERE FOR NOT. Great quality, and the delivery time ended up being about 5 days I think! It did take an afternoon to complete it but I just used it as bonding time with the wife. Would recommend this frame!
According to their instructions, this number depicted is a 9 (nine), not a 6 (six). Otherwise this is a solid product. Assembly is quite easy, though there are a lot of parts and clearly mislabelling one did not help. I had issues with delivery, but I am not allowed to review that here apparently.
I was looking for a bed frame and found this from the review that this is a good bed frame so decided to buy. This bed frame is well designed and it was very easy to assemble with the tools that were provided with this package. I thought there were many pieces that will take seriously more time, but i was wrong the complete assembly took around 30 mins and around 15 mins to do the complete setup. The final product came out to be very pleasing and is really very heavy weight and sturdy. I like the 14"height over the 18" and good for my requirement. The legs are very strong that even 4 people on the bed wont make any difference to the bed frame. There is also enough room below the bed to store all other boxes or bags that i have to make my room looks a bit more spacious. The size of the bed frame is as mentioned and fits king size bed perfectly on it.
This frame worked out perfectly. My wooden bed frame was not put back together correctly by movers. They just randomly drilled in the planks, and when I had to move the bed to paint, the old frame broke. This frame fit inside perfectly and is awesome to sleep on. I was very happy with this purchase!
Good height off floor and looks sturdy. Lot of parts to assemble, but not too difficult...pretty average for assembled furniture. It comes with an alan wrench ratchet which is nice (and will make it's way into the closet toolbox). Biggest question is how it will hold up to motion. There is no bracing, but it feels sturdy enough. However, the only thing holding mattress on is friction: from the weight of the occupant and some adhesive slats, which they only give enough for a few slats. I'm doubtful they will stay sticky over time.
Kinda disappoint cute bed but my product was damaged in some places and I was not about to pack it all up again and return it. Also, the picture shows it a purple it is definitely pink. Also my bed doesn’t fit on the frame lol.
