Exactly as described. Delivered next day and was perfect. Took my husband a few hours to put together and kids love it!
Read whole review for pictures to make sense!!!!! Received package, too heavy for me, but for my son, no problem to get it picked up and unboxed. So sturdiness was there. Functional for whatever bedroom you're going to use it in. We got it it all laid out, parts come labeled E-H with a P mixed in for fun I think lol. But E & F happened to be the sides folded up. We literally had it out together in less than 20 minutes. It came with tools, (just grabbed another allen wrench and pliers so went faster) so that's a big bonus. Everything fit together nicely, AMPLE storage space under the bed, and doesn't squeak or make noise getting in and out of bed! Highly recommend! Side note, and funny story, we upgraded from a queen bed to a king. Our bed sits on a platform that's built 24" off the ground for storage underneath it, (I have 2 stairs to climb to get onto the platforms them climb into bed. Which with frame being 14" and bed being 14" makes my bed sit 52" of the ground lol thank goodness for vaulted ceilings! ) Well, when we measured for king sized bed, it fit so went ahead ordered frame and bed. Bed came 1st but was a hybrid so needed 72 hours to reinfllate up to its 14" height so we let it do that on platform. It fit! So happy. Then comes frame, move mattress go to put on frame. The FRAME was ½" too big for platform! I about cried. So, we came up with idea. We went and bought 6 L brackets and put them on each leg with self tapping screws into frame, then deck screws into platform right at edges. Bed frame now fits with NO movement. Not pertaining info to bed frame but thought you could use chuckle! That's what pictures are!
I love this thing! My closets look so much better with the less clutter that I don’t need! If any of you are organizing freaks like me that you just have to have everything organized this is for you! No noise and it’s very sturdy. I love it! Makes the bed look even prettier
Love the head board and all the components that go along with it ! On the the other hand, the frame sits pretty low to the ground and that’s coming a short king standing at good a 5”8’ on every day that ends in Y. The bottom drawers do not attach to the frame and do not have knobs or handles. The bottom drawers just simply roll on the ground so getting the drawers flush with the frame takes a little extra effort. All around I’m not upset the positive definitely outweighs the negatives but I’m dead inside so it’s easier to complain about things. Good buys solved all my near bed power, lighting, and sleeping needs. Don’t over think this purchase or review like I did, tap the buy now button and go to sleep.
Not only was this bed inexpensive, it’s high quality! There were not many reviews when I purchased it- so I’m leaving a good one! Here are things I love: the instructions were simple, but had no words in them- so if you’re not good with just images, be prepared to pay close attention. However, the screws were all labeled. 2) the screws are all Hex Key/Allen wrench screws. It comes with EVERYTHING you need. So it comes with the hex key that fits every one. For the small screws (there are only two), it comes wi th the proper screwdriver. 3) the bed is tall! So make sure you have enough floor space to assemble it. I used one room for unboxing, and the bedroom for building. 4) i put it together myself, so it is possible (I’m also short -5’0”) but when putting on the sides, I could’ve used some help since the bars are really heavy. I’ve put together a lot of furniture, but this is beginner friendly! Just gloves might help because your fingers get a little sore from using the wrench 5) some of the bed slats were impossible to put on the correct ways because of welding mistakes- but I was able to circumvent that pretty easily. Some were misaligned so I wasn’t able to use screws on a couple of them (just on one side each). I doubt this would be a devastating issue. I still have all slats in place. 6) it took me around a total of 6 hours maybe. I split it into two days. Someone with help could do it much faster. And someone taller/stronger could too. Also I’m not good with instructions so most of that time was spent reading. 7) the power cord is really long!! It’s great for if you need to stretch it far, but not so good for if you planned it to be shorter and very close to an outlet. The plug has two regular plugs and two USB ports. 8) when scooting the bed, you have to walk back and forth to move it at angles instead of scooting in one direction. (just because it’s not the sturdiest) 9) the bed itself- I had to get used to the hight. Never had a bunk bed as a kid so I’d never been that high up. It IS high. Read measurements. We have high ceilings so it works. But you could seriously hurt yourself if you fell- so if you sleepwalk or sleep crazily- I do not recommend a bed like this. It is shaky at first on carpet when not secured to the wall. But I’ve been sleeping on it for a week and the shakiness is slowly leaving as the bed settles into the floor. I definitely needed two or more people to put the mattress on, but I had a guy do it. 10) the ladder hurts to step on if you force all your body weight on it. I might find a way to cushion it. With practice, it hurts less if you can displace your body weight. Im also getting faster at climbing it the more I do it. But it’ll take at least a week to get good. I’m an adult so I weigh more than a kid. Also note that the ladder isn’t interchangeable with sides so look closely at orientation. All - in - all, I’m giving this a 10/10 rating as far as it’s class. A metal loft bed won’t be as solid as a wooden one, BUT it is very sturdy for its kind. I trust sleeping in it, and I have a whole setup underneath. You can fit 3 computers on it (or 3 monitors) and you’ll still have a little space to place things. I LOVE this bed. It was sent through fedex so maybe be watchful of that lol. Anyway definitely a perfect buy. It’s also nearly impossible to move as a package, so get help or someone really strong to do it. For an idea of weight- I’m 120lbs and 5’0 tall and I feel safe as far as weight goes. Another person felt safe and they’re 5’5 and 150lbs. Happy shopping!!
Overall I’m pleased with the look of this bed. You’ll notice in the photos there was a crack in the frame of headboard but thankfully it was on the backside of it and the light feature was defective having a rip in it which you can see causes the light to split in color on one side. Also I pictured the headboard that comes in 2 pieces so you can see they are not perfectly flush once assembly is complete. Other than that the bed is pretty and seems pretty sturdy. Time will tell if the crack in the headboard holds up. It wasn’t worth the risk and hassle of shipping back and hoping for better in return. Pleased with the overall look and feel of the bed just wished we didn’t get the defected pieces. All in all the bed still went together fine and looks good.
Bed is fitting in my room and was easy to put together final look is beautiful
I don’t frequently write reviews, yet I feel compelled to share my satisfaction with this frame. It’s sturdy, the design is well constructed and incredibly easy to assemble as there are only 3 main pieces (with about 20 slats which the mattress rests on). Total assembly time was 10 min. I saw other, very similar frames going for $100, so getting this for $50 feels like a bargain, especially with the storage space underneath. The 3 screw holes on the legs are a nice touch should I decide to do a headboard 👍🏻
super easy to assembly and very sturdy. 10/10 recommended.
my boyfriend and i put this together and it probably only took an hour and a half of active work on this (he did most of it lol) and he said the instructions were easier to follow than ikea beds, labeling it super simple. it’s the perfect size for my room and it really does look great in here. my only gripe with this is that one of the legs came with a crack in it and a little crack on top of it (not big enough to raise concern of it falling apart). i used 2 part epoxy and it seemed to do the trick but that was the only defect with this whole bed. after sleeping on it for a few days i will say its super stable and such a good value for the money you pay. i spilled coffee on my floor and a little got on the bottom board of the bed and i was about to freak out with how to get it out of the suede but i used a tide pen on the spot and it came right out. i have a thick bed spring and mattress, we put the backboard on the taller setting and you can still see a lot of the back board and it’s at a good height when i’m sitting in bed (im 5’7). i really do like this bed! it feels super luxurious and high end without the price tag.
It’s very simple and easy to put together, I did it myself in about 2 hours. Everything came in perfectly and nothing broken. I’ve had it so far for a month now and nothings changed still quiet and still solid. I would buy again
not disappointed at all. it mached up nicely with my expensive dresser that only offered a queen size which would meke my bedroom very tight. this full-size was the best option.
Solid frame and attractive. Arrived well packaged and on time. Assembly went fine. Happy with this stylish frame.
(1) Leave VERY detailed delivery instructions. I did not, and even though my mailbox and my neighbor's mailbox are clearly labeled, the bed, via FedEx, was delivered to the wrong address--my next door neighbor was kind enough to get help from another neighbor to move the two 60lb+ boxes to my porch. (2) Plan to "MacGyver" something as an alternative for critical missing parts. I reached out to the seller and am currently in the 48hr waiting period to see how they respond. Note, I cannot finish the bed while I wait. I'm hopeful that they can promptly respond and send me the missing parts. What I'm missing are the threaded insert nuts of the left vertical leg of the headboard so the left bedrail bolt "F" has something to screw into during Step 8, #2. You cannot use the bolts provided without the threaded insert nuts, see the photo of the right vertical leg and the instructions are with very little detail, so I don't know the size threaded insert nut to buy and they would be damaged to take it out to see for size. UPDATE: The seller responded promptly and was willing to work with us on an alternative. We were able to eventually make it work. (3) Headboard is practical as expected. The fabric isn't shiny velvet, rather has a matted suede-like finish. It still looks great in the same Hollywood Regency bedroom as my Navy blue loveseat that has true velvet. The metal frame of course makes it sturdy and strong. I like the idea that (hopefully years down the road) when the fabric gets soiled, I can do a little DIY to take apart the fabric part and replace the fabric. (4) UPDATE: It has been almost a year since we got this bed and I still LOVE it for it's appearance, storage underneath, and sturdiness! A FIVE STAR if the 2 threaded insert nuts wasn't missing.
Assembly was fairly simple, plus keeping the bolts at each corner somewhat loose until the end helped me position all of the cross bars into their slots. (Of course, I made sure all of the bolts were tightened up, when finished.). The other metal bed frames I’ve had have all sat just a few inches above the floor. But this bed frame sits up much higher and automatically places the mattress (without box springs) at the perfect height for an adult to sit on. So it looks like we won’t need to buy a box spring. We also like that so much storage space is underneath this taller frame. Cross bars at both ends (yellow stripe shown in photo) have an adhesive strip, to help keep the mattress in place. It's a great solution for our needs.
