My queen size mattress fits perfectly. The headboard is wonderful with charging ports and shelves. The backrest is comfortable and gives me a private yet convenient place for my reading glasses, book light and book. There is no noise from this frame. It's a quiet sturdy frame. It came with 16 pages of instructions. All the pieces were well marked and sorted perfectly. It took 2:- 5 hour days to assemble. The fancy strip lighting has come undone 2x. So, I've left it off. But while it worked with the remote it was truly wonderful. The storage drawers underneath are on wheels that glide with ease. Perfect for extra blankets. The color of the wood combined with the black metal frame is lovely.
Assembly was fairly simple, plus keeping the bolts at each corner somewhat loose until the end helped me position all of the cross bars into their slots. (Of course, I made sure all of the bolts were tightened up, when finished.). The other metal bed frames I’ve had have all sat just a few inches above the floor. But this bed frame sits up much higher and automatically places the mattress (without box springs) at the perfect height for an adult to sit on. So it looks like we won’t need to buy a box spring. We also like that so much storage space is underneath this taller frame. Cross bars at both ends (yellow stripe shown in photo) have an adhesive strip, to help keep the mattress in place. It's a great solution for our needs.
this was easy to assemble, all hardware was included and two tools needed. instructions are pictures only so look carefully. parts were numbered correctly. great value so far. i cant say anything bad about the sturdiness of it because ive only had it for a week. but so far so good. the only thing that im questioning is the holes and welds. very thin metal hope those holes and welds hold out.
The assembly was very fast and easy! Super sturdy and perfect height off the ground! I'm not climbing up or falling down onto it anymore. The frame was level so all night comfort. because my mattress is level now! Thank-you!!
The goods is much more than my. Easy to install. After putting on the mattress, the height is just perfect . right now when I came home from work I can't wait to lie on it. So far it is a very satisfactory shopping experience. Will recommend to my friends who need it. Thank you ~
YES, ITS LOW TO THE GROUND. You’re essentially sleeping on the floor. But, that’s exactly what we were looking for. We got the king size black and white. Instructions were easy enough to follow. With my partner and I, this took maybe 45 minutes to put together. The only “issue” we ran into was on the left side of the headboard support. It just required some force and the holes lined right up. Other than that, all holes were perfect, and all of the holes had the threading within it. The only tool you need is an Allen wrench, which it gives you. Luckily we had an Allen wrench set and were able to each use one. An 8 inch hybrid king mattress fits perfectly into it. The top of the mattress ALMOST goes flush with foot of the bed frame, which makes it look so smooth. The bed doesn’t make any noise, nor does it wobble. This bed is everything we’ve been needing/wanting and we have zero complaints. If you like SUPER LOW beds, modern designs, and an easy build, this is the bed you need. Well done, Sha Cerlin, couldn’t have been better.
This is a sturdy and strong bed. It took me less than 1 hour to put together. I love this bed better than my previous bed which was starting to fall apart after ten years. I was hesitant to buying a bed especially online as you just don’t know what you’re going to get. There are also so many reviews that are divided that’s hard to tell if it’s a good choice or not so you have to just gamble. I did with this one. The bed is a Full Bed Frame and it was quick and easy to put together. Sitting on it is super comfortable and it makes no noise at all. Also plenty of space underneath it too. Bed is steel with wood slats. I also had to carry the box upstairs and it wasn’t a problem, although I’m fit and work out regularly. The only con I would say is that the bed seems slightly shorter than my previous Full Bed Frame. I’m 5’8”. And if I was say 5’9” or more the. My feet would stick off the back of the bed. I was a bit surprised by that to be honest as I’ve always had a Full Bed Frame and that was never the case before. If I get this bed again I may go one size bigger. It’s not a big deal for me because of my height, but mentioning it in case. Or get a longer mattress.
I read a lot of reviews and ordered this. I am very impressed with the well thought out design of the assembly and ratcheting wrench provided and ease of instructions. I assembled by myself and took about 3 hours. The drawers were the hardest part. I have a 12” mattress which fit perfectly without any holes or gaps in the headboard and the charging station works great for my laptop and USB phone cable! It is brand new today so I haven’t slept in it yet, but it seems very sturdy and I like how the drawers lock into place to keep from rolling around. The drawers are deep, wide and high enough to actually store alot! I have a tile floor so they easily glide over the floor, though I see where. High pile carpet might be a little hard. I will update the review after ownership a while.
Very cute, and affordable. Definitely better than the cheap metal ones, without breaking the budget. It came with a neat handheld ratchet. Which is better than most places that only give you and allen wrench. The the assembly was easy and quick to put together. Very sturdy does the job of holding your mattress. The only thing I wish that it wasn't as tall. I personally would have preferred 10 inches in height. But, It didn't openly advertise that it was 14 inches tall, which probably wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't a shorter person.
The assembly was not hard I was able to set it up myself it's perfect for my kids I bought 4 of them and we're loving them ❤️
I am somewhat torn on this review. Bed came very well packed and easy to assemble. Color is light putty grey - so it works if you wanted white or off-white - not too gray. When taking pieces out, noticed that some had minor repairs done on them. A back leg appeared to be cosmetic only but noticeable. During the assembly also noticed that one side rail was repaired right on the end - hopefully cosmetic as well. Considering the small cost of the pine, I would hope they could either junk the offending pieces or make repairs unnoticeable - I guess not at this price point though. Also noticed cracks around couple inserted threads in the end board - can't tell how well they will hold over time. I called the factory customer service a week ago - no reply. I also send a note with photos the same day - no reply as well. That is a huge no-no in my book - what kind of 5 year warranty will I get if I can't get hold of the factory. The middle metal supports are not perfectly vertical and are slightly bent all three in one direction - I am guessing factory welding of the brackets is slightly off - will see how well they hold up as well. We bought this as a guest bed - I would not consider this to be a daily sleeper. UPDATE 6/12/2018 - Zinus responded after I commented below that there was no response to me second query. I got three separate e-mails from them to all my earlier requests and eventually they combined them into one. Even thought I asked for one leg and 1 sideboard piece, I got two legs from them ?!? The leg tops were perfectly finished as opposed to the ones I got in the box. No response to my side rail request though. I imagine I could push the matter but considering that I did get Zinus to respond I am satisfied that if the rails cracks any further, I will be able to get a replacement. So product itself is a four star, service - still to be decided.
I absolutely love having extra storage for suitcases and blankets. Stays up on its own as long as I take the pillows and heavy comforter off. Really pretty pure white color and simple headboard. Perfect for my apartment!
It was super easy to put together, love the look of it, the value was amazing, I looked for something similar in my local area and even the used headboard/footboard bed sets were 3 times as much!!!! Love it
I would like to start by addressing the issue people have said with the ladder not being able to be moved, if you want it near the wall like we did just switch the B1 and B2 panels to opposite sides from the instructions and then turn the bar the ladder screws to to put the ladder in the spot closest to the back. We originally assembled how the instructions explained but wanted the ladder away from our daughter ceiling fan so we just switched B1 and B2. Pretty easy. I will say its way taller than expected and we will be cutting the legs a bit to lower it so our daughter can sit up but that's out own issue. It is a bit wobbly but nothing a little engineering can't fix. We also bought too thick of a mattress so will have to rig up something to keep her from rolling out but that also isn't the manufacturers problem it's ours. Easy fix. All in all its a decent frame for the money and our daughter is excited to have more floor space in her room as its fairly small.
We bought this bed in September 2024. The headboard has developed fold lines on the fabric. It’s in our guest room and not used enough. Not worth it
