It went together OK though the included wrenches were not up to the task. Plan on having a 13 mm wrench, either socket or box/open end, a longer 4 mm alen wrench would make things easier unless the heads strip. The unit comes with nylon insert lock nuts that are too hard to tighten using the included 4 mm alen key/wrench. I "wallered out four of the allen head bolts, will have to return to my shop a second time to get a small pair of vice grip pliers to finish tightening those four bolts. Once finally tightened, the unit should be OK.

I was quite skeptical at first when I glanced over the directions and saw the panda telling me to be non violent whilst constructing this bed. Seriously, this has one of the most fun projects I’ve had building with my 12 year old. It til us a couple hours but the directions were great and easy to follow and the product is quality!! Everything fit into place perfectly and without stripping or any issues. I can’t say enough good things about this bed frame. Thank you

This went together so quickly and easily. I’m getting another one for a different room

It’s great, I like the quality, very sturdy my only issue was it’s hard to put together with just one person. It has you put the side rails together then the foot and head board. It’s actually easier if you put the rails on the head and foot board first. So put 3 and 4 on 1 then 6 and 5 to 2 and then screw the rails together

I wanted a wooden bed frame and I got this one after looking at good reviews and hoping that it'll turn out good. It is very sturdy and doesn't look cheap. However one of the three support pillows had crack in it. bargainbeddingusa.com wouldn't help so I reached out to the manufacturer. I sent them email on the second day after I assembled my frame. Which was like 2nd day after I received and opened the package. They didn't reply to my email. I even sent them another email after few days, but they haven't replied to me yet. It's been over 10 days and still no answer. Id hate to return this frame because it's beautiful and what I wanted. And it's very big, there's another hassle in that. I wish the manufacturer or bargainbeddingusa.com will send me my part. And I will be a happy human.

I got this frame so I could make a trundle style set up without the trundle frame. The twin xl size frame works perfectly for fitting a regular twin size mattress underneath. I got the 14inch high one and can fit a 10inch mattress perfectly underneath in which i just push/pull/slide the mattress in and out. It is directly on carpet so this method works for me to have without a trundle but I think a trundle frame and mattress could fit if the height and width of the trundle frame and thickness of mattress are considered. This will only work if you have the twin xl frame so that the underneath is wide enough for a regular twin mattress. That being said, there is about 5 inches of the frame that is not covered by the mattress on top since it is a twin mattress on a twin xl frame. I just used pillows to make sort of a pillow head board to fill the gap between the mattress and wall and it works fine. The frame itself is very sturdy and very easy to assemble (only took me about 25 min). The rounded corners are also great, especially for a kid's room. Kids have been jumping on it.. no wobbling, no squeaking. Very solid.

Well, here we are, more than 100 years into standardized bed sizes that were so set as to facilitate ALL beds and frames, no matter the manufacturer or builder, fitting one another properly, but still, it seems manufacturers today are too inept, or careless, to follow them. As is shown in the photos, this Lucid frame is a solid six inches too long for a standard Twin XL mattress. I am so disappointed, and frustrated (returning these is going to be a nightmare, and I am sure the company is banking on that, betting most people won't go through the time and physical expense of doing so). And, to be sure I hadn't somehow ordered a Twin mattress instead of Twin XL, I measured it, too, and it is 79in long, which is reasonable since a twin xl bed frame's footprint (the part where the mattress sits) should be 80 inches +/- 1 inch or so, and it confirms this frame is just plain too long for the corresponding mattress size, period. Long and the short of it is there is no way to make this reasonably work with, not without some time and money-consuming hack, either you push the mattress against the headboard and you have a giant, awkward, ugly chasm at the bottom to look at and to try to remember is there so as to physically avoid it, or you pull the mattress down flush with the foot end of the bed and you have a six inch gap for everything to fall through where your pillows are and head and hands lay while you're asleep. If you choose the more obvious choice of pushed against the headboard end and a guest is lying or lounging on the bed and don't know about (or forget about) the six inch TRAP of a gap at the foot end and they quickly shimmy down or otherwise exit out of bed the bed byway the end instead of the side, they can easily, injure themselves, as instead of their foot or feet sliding off (and onto the ground below as their brain expects because that is normal exit procedure with properly sized mattresses and frames), their foot or feet might slide off the end and right into that gap (or hit it on the end). They could get a foot stuck or scraped or ankle twisted , especially since they probably had some momentum going into it. Gaps are dangerous that way (and this is why we have industry standards!). I don't have much more to say except 1. I regret buying TWO of these for my new guest room, and 2. GET YOUR ISH TOGETHER, LUCID. It doesn't matter how sturdy or attractive something like this is, if it is sized improperly for normal and safe function then it's not going to cut it., even at this relatively modest price point. The first job and really the ONLY job a bed frame performs is to properly hold a mattress. If it can't meet that standard it's a piece of junk. This is, therefore, a piece of junk not worth your time, money, or effort. Avoid until they fix this sizing issue (which, who am I kidding, they probably never will).

My daughter wanted a pink room, we didn’t want to go overboard and decided on accent pinks everywhere starting with the bed. It was the right color, a lighter pastel pink and not a super bright pink. It comes in a million pieces so it does take a few hrs to put together, it is easier with two people towards the end of building it when you have to get all the bigger pieces screwed together. It is sturdy and only needs a mattress. It is also a convenient height to be able to store things underneath as well. For a kids bed it does the job!

It works great for my 17 year old son and it was super cheap! Very sturdy.

We had gotten the king frame about 2 years ago and I was looking to change the frame out in our guest room. We like the sturdiness of the frame, the fact it is not huge and takes up the whole room, and the underbed storage it provides.

Full disclosure, my rating is entirely based on the positive experience working with the seller to resolve my issues. That said, the product was poorly manufactured. The tolerance is well outside acceptable limits. Parts do not fit snugly. The Instructions did not maintain fidelity with the actual product, e.g., instructed to use the incorrect hardware to assemble part of the guard rail. The ladder plate covers were cracked, and the damage did not appear to have occurred during shipping. The covers are cheap and seem prone to defects (see photos attached). It's fair to say that I was rather disappointed. However, the seller reached out and addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction. While I likely wouldn't purchase this product again, I'm willing to give the seller another chance.

For the value of ($33) and Time it took me to put together. This is priceless. It took me less than 15 mins from opening of packing to completion. Sturdy enough to support me a 300 lbs adult but it's for a kid weighs about 100 lbs. Can't beat this deal. I bought 2 for the kids. I may buy another. Thank you for this product. I was searching locally and found them double to triple this price.

It took 2 hours for 1 person to assemble the parts. There is a gap between the mattress and the frame. But overall it’s and okay-ish product.

I am giving it a 4 star rating because I am sure my current issue is not the seller’s fault. This bed-frame is nice, pretty sturdy and light weight being used in a guess room. however the decorative attachment on the ends do not screw in they are loose. Seems like the ridges on the attachment are stripped but I am gonna try to contact the manufacturer/seller to see what can be done. Will update once I hear back from them.

I'm short so height don't bother me but I can understand it being an issue for others the assembly was alot for something so simple tho I will say that however I still think it's a nice addition. When it first came I was missing 2 bars they quickly fixed the situation tho.
