It's a good bed frame, works great for my child. However, after 8 months of having the frame, it collapsed. It looks like 1 of the connecting pieces bent in half almost. Another one of the straight connecting pieces is bent a bit, but that can be bent back in place easily without replacing it. All that aside, the frame is great haha. My child loves that there enough space underneath that they can have a fort sort of thing there. I love that it can be easily folded up and easy to carry. And seemingly easy to repair. I would probably buy this frame again when needed.
Came to my house packaged well. Everything was in the box & everything fit, no defects or broken parts (small issue w/ the included wrench). However, this took way longer then I thought to put together. Definitely a 2 person operation. I wouldn't have been able to do it with my daughters help. I would have been better off if someone told me "Yeah, toss the instructions off to the side. Just use common sense and you'll get it. The instructions are confusing." I kept grabbing a piece to bolt on to another piece after looking at the picture, but then having to refer right back to the picture - which I did endlessly because it's not crystal clear and I wanted to make sure I was doing it the right way. Once I tossed the instructions off to the side it went together smoothly. The included wrench kind of held the nuts in place but once I started to crank down on the alllen wrench, the nuts spun within the regular wrench. So I had to get a pair of pliers to firmly lock down on the nut while I cranked the other end with the allen wrench. BTW the wrench included works but it's so tiny & hard to get any leverage. I used my own allen wrench's that have a thick, big handle on it which made it 10x easier. Tonight will be the first night my daughter sleeps on it. She's laying on her bed right now watching TV and just going off of that, there are no issues. I'll update this if anything fails. Overall, I recommend this product. The pics aren't how I would have taken the shots. I forgot to do it but my daughter captured the two pics that I included. Not sure how helpful they are. Almost forgot the main reason why I chose this model; I wanted her to have a bed where the mattress does not recess at all. I wanted this kind where the corners of the mattress are flush with the edges of the frame. I could slide the mattress right off if I had to without having to lift it up first to get it out of the recess. BTW - the mattress is brand new too which is an Olee Sleep Galaxy Hybrid 13 (full size). *** UPDATE *** So one week of my daughter having it and the frame is solid as a rock. The under bed storage is very helpful (the reason I got the 18" version). The combo of this frame along with the Olee Galaxy 13 hybrid mattress is amazing. I've been laying in there with her to watch some movies and the frame is rock solid. I'm so glad I went with this version (wood slats and the mattress goes right even with all the corners so no banged shins).
This bed frame was brought for my grand daughters 3rd birthday!! She wanted her own bed... I decided rather than buy a toddler bed and she outgrow it in a few years, it made more sense just to get a twin size that she can use for a while! This frame was the style I was going for... gray tuft and modern!! It arrived really fast for not being a prime item. As far as assembly we thought we were going to spend a lot of time assembling it but.... this was hands down one of the easiest bed frames to assemble!!! The headboard and footboard screw into the sides and the rest are pretty much attacked by Velcro!!!! All the wooden slates are have two sided Velcro the stick to the frame.... they are very sturdy and firm on it!!! I never thought it would come this easy. The frame itself is made of good quality and we like it! It’s low to the ground as we hoped it would be since she’s tiny... she can get off and on unassisted! The tuft headboard is nice, a little padded and sturdy..... I’m not sure what kind of material it is but it appears to be easy to clean with a wet wipe... I choose to get her gray verse the other color options in case she were to stain it or dirty it... so far it has not gotten stained or ruined!! The footboard and the sides are also layered in a slightly padded gray material.... which I like so that in the event she or my younger grand daughter accidentally hit it they won’t get hurt!! I especially like the modern look, it matches her gray dresser and shelf nicely!!! I wish I could get a king size like this to ship to Hawaii for myself!! (Nearly impossible to find) We bought a medium heavy duty memory foam to go on it and it fits just as it should. The wooden slates hold up the mattress as well as both my grand daughters. Together they are about 55 pounds... I also laid on the bed to see if the frame would wobble and it did not... (I weight about 120) There is more than enough room on this bed for my grand daughter to grow.... My grand daughter is so happy with her new bed and sleeps on it every night!! Was caught jumping on it a few times (then asked not too) the frame is holding up very well!!! It is a very good value if you ask me!! We are very pleased with the quality and the look! We plan to buy this identical bed frame in another year or so for my younger grand daughter so they can be matching... I’m sure with proper care this frame will last till my grand daughter outgrows it.... this is the second time I have bought something from this brand for my family and it has been consistent with quality.... this bed frame is nice and well made... if any thing shall break due to defect and not from my grand daughter then I will update here.... for now this has been a wonderful bed, my grand daughter has been using it for a couple months and enjoys her “space” as she calls it!! Bought this for my 4yr old and she loves it! It is sturdy and is as advertised. It got here before the expected delivery date and there were no issues putting it together.
Simple yet good looking bed frame that doesn't require a boxspring and comes with a headboard. Assembly instructions were easy to read. It would have been easier to assemble with 2 people, but I managed by myself. Frame is light enough that I can move it around, but seems durable enough to support a bed + people. My only recommendation would be for the manufacturer to figure out a way to hide some of the bolts vs having them visible, but they are black so no big deal. Also, to clarify, the product description says tool free, but what that means is you don't need your own tools. They provided everything you need. They also include a few extra spare parts which is nice, because my Ikea stuff never does.
I just received this bed frame yesterday and it was a breeze to put together. I had bought another frame from a different brand almost a year ago and it was harder to put together. More pieces but didn’t feel as sturdy. One thing I will say about the frame it’s way higher than I thought it was going to be, but it’s still a great frame so far. I will come back in 5-6 months with an update on how the frame is holding up. So far I definitely recommend this item.
Hard to put together, way too many pieces . Needed help building ,but over all cute bed .
The headboard could be taller because the pillows cover it but other than that it’s great and easy to put together.
I give this bed frame a 9/10 its pretty strong I haven’t really put work into if you know what I mean lol but as far as putting it up it was easy af only took me about 30 mins by myself and you can adjust the headboard if you like so that’s cool too .
I absolutely love this frame. It’s so affordable and it was simple to put together. Very straight forward instructions. I upgraded from a steel/iron frame to this one so I’m glad I made the choice in purchasing this frame. The frame makes no noise while moving around on the bed for those wondering, very silent when tossing around at night. I was also able to fit under the bed storage easier under this frame in comparison to my other frame.
It’s not an exaggeration to say that this is the worst quality furniture item I have ever purchased on bargainbeddingusa.com. It appears as though either a second coat of paint was missed or that the paint mixture was incorrect. Also the item was damaged in shipping which was minor so I could have overlooked but was annoyed by given the $75 shipping cost. But this paint quality is so bad that I am immediately returning and will avoid any Harper Bright products.
I assembled it by myself and it took me maybe less than an hour. Very simple to use instructions and I think it looks and feels great. Very sturdy
Quality bed for a very reasonable cost. Easy to build with clear instructions--took less than an hour. Sturdy and gorgeous. I purchased a full size in beige for my guest room, and am extremely pleased with how it turned out. It arrived quickly and packaged well with no damage; all parts were clearly labeled for assembly. I don't think there's a better bed in this color at this price point. Looks far more expensive than it actually is!
Wonderful product and great bargain. The support bar and 7 legs are a big difference from the conventional 4 leg frames. Also, it's made out of sturdy solid pieces and does not feel cheap at all. Not to mention--no wheels!! Finally found a bed without them because they tear up the carpet and fall off. This frame comes with flat footed pegs. Will be using King's Brand again for my next purchase.
