TL;DR: Product is great. Customer service is great. Ordered the twin size bed. it arrived when expected, free of damage. When assembling it we realized we had 3 "B" legs and 1 "A" leg (instead of 2 each). One "B" leg was mislabeled as an "A" To no fault of the packers (see pic). I contacted the seller through bargainbeddingusa.com and they responded promptly and sent a replacement leg. There were issues with the shipping partner that delayed the delivery. I contacted the seller, and they sent out a second replacement. That leg also go delayed for no apparent reason in transit with the shipping partner. To be fair this was also during the Christmas/new-year shipping rush. I don't hold any of that against ZIYOO, just elaborating for context. After a couple weeks of no update on the tracking numbers, both the legs arrived. We assembled the bed and all's right with the world. The seller's customer service was always prompt, polite, and helpful. This is the second bed I've purchased from this seller and both have been incredibly sturdy. Would highly recommend both the product and this seller ("ZIYOO").
This is a decent bed frame. It’s very lite weight. Easy to assemble. I did it mostly by myself in about 1 hour. The size is a traditional twin. I will say that the mattress was sliding all over the rails at first, and also the bed itself sliding all over the floor. We just added some grip strips to both the mattress platform and the feet of the bed, which solved the problem. The drawers do attach to the bed, which I didn’t realize for a few months. It took me a minute to figure that out. So pay attention to the instructions on how to attach the drawers to the bed.
The bed is very pretty and great quality. Mine did not come with directions and the feet seem a little wobbly. Otherwise it’s very pretty!
Not bad for the price, I was pleasantly surprised. I read other reviews. I was not missing any parts, everything fit perfectly. My boyfriend used the Allen wrench as well as his drill on low setting to make sure things were fully aligned and sturdy. Purchased for my 14 year old, that weighs about 150 and a there’s no squeaking, rocking or anything. Took boyfriend about an hour and a half to put together by himself. The LED lights are cute, you can change colors, brightness, and speed. I have a 6 inch memory foam mattress.. I do not feel the bars below.. but yes the mattress sinks somewhat, when you sit in corners.. not in the center or when you’re laying down if that makes sense.. not to the point that he’s on the floor or extremely noticeable.. but aware.. so I’ll be purchasing a bunky board to fill the space for my own preference.. either way after $80 for the board for my comfort doesn’t bother me. Overall yes I’d buy this bed again, and refer to others. ..
This plus my mattress makes my bed super high and I’m 5’3 so I have to basically swing my leg op to climb into bed!🤣I love it though and super happy and it’s really strong and easy setup!
This has definitely had to one that’s used and returned because there is just no way…… I’m not even finished opening the whole box yet. Very disappointed. I was excited to build my sons bed and it’s looking like this. Theirs cracks, stains, and it’s damaged.
The bed is cute and comfy until one of the bars broke that supported the wooden slates. Now the bed dips in a lot to the point my youngest back is hurting. We have to fix it constantly. It looks like it was welded together and just gave out.
Highly Impressed ! So I was searching marketplace even for a platform bed for my daughter's room because we cosleep but didn't know if I want to keep her in a king long term. I looked at a lot of beds on here before finally sending it on this one . Price was great and bed frame is really nice. I wasn't sure how great it would be for the price but my husband was saying how great it is built. We assembled it right before bed with my one year old trying to "help" and it took maybe 40 minutes . Everything sat nice and flush and the bed does not slide, squeak or wobble. We originally got a pretty cheap king bed too just so my husband could fit in when he wanted to sleep with us and my husband mentioned we may have to upgrade the bed and keep this longer term because it really is nice. It looks like it will be nice and easy to disassemble and reassemble when moving so that seems really nice. The mattress we have is I think as thin as they come so there is a little bit of a gap between the bed and the bottom of the head board however it's not big enough that a pillow even goes through so it's no big deal . I got the King size in White . Was debating between beige and white and very happy I went with white Definitely recommend buying it . Was projected to get here Tomorrow (Thursday) but got here on Monday so that was a very nice surprise

Love my son new bed. Has sturdiness I stood and bounced a bit on it. Looks amazing, easily able to move it around. Definitely lightweight and the right size for my 3 year old. Definitely worth the money. Assembly was easy
It’s a good quality twins daybed. Easy to assemble and sturdy. Love the grey color , it seems very modern. I bought it for my little kid. A good buying experience
The bed set is beautiful. I was very worried about it arriving damaged, but there was no markings or imperfections on the set when it arrived. Every part is labeled and the instructions were, for the most part, easy to understand. Quick tip: in the step that you’ll assemble parts S1 & S2 to the headboard, the picture in the instructions is not correct(upside down). The pieces need to be turned around so the screws for the headboard can fall into the pieces(S1&S2). Also, if you’re having issues with the alignment of the holes, make sure you don’t tighten your screws all the way until the instructions specify. Every time we thought we would have to drill our own holes, we’d loosen screws from the previous step and it would straighten everything up. There is a lot of give, which made the assembly easier. We did not have to drill anything and nothing was missing from our set. We were able to assemble it with the provided wrench, so no extra tools were required. I appreciate that nothing was missing and everything was labeled correctly; even the bags the pieces came in had labeled stickers on them. Customer service was great. I was unable to keep my bed because of the smell, but the seller responded appropriately, which is always appreciated.
This bed frame is very good! I was skeptical about buying this bed frame but to my surprise, it's one of the best decisions I have made. The quality of this bed frame is great and it is very sturdy. I got the Queen size frame and the Queen mattress fits perfectly. There is no slipping of the mattress off the bed frame. No kicking of my toes. I stored a lot of my shoes in storage bins under this bed. The height is great. There is no odd noise from the bed. The bed frame sits perfectly in its place with no sliding.
Aside from the white boards pictured, this is how it comes. The instructions are good but it took me a 54 yr old female with some assembly experience abt 3 hours to put together. It seems like good quality and my daughter loves it.
