   Not well manufactured. Screws don’t secure not safe. Seems to be missing the plastic washer inside to secure. very disappointed. Customer service could not help. Some cosmetic imperfection as well

   This was such an easy set up, only took about an hour by myself. Great quality, no squeaking, high enough up off the ground to fit the standard cube boxes. Headboard area is a great height enough to see it when pillows are propped up. Mattress can slide a little bit off the sides if you’re only getting on and off from one side but it’s minimal and can be adjusted every so often.

   Got this bed for my sister who is very heavy. She loves it. It’s very heavily made and good quality. Assembly is easy but heavy to move.

   Everything was easy to put together and the instructions were clear. The only issues I had were the damaged connecting pieces for the headboard and footboard. I had to accept a partial refund since the customer services couldn’t send new parts. Attaching photos for reference. Very happy with the structure of it all. Upset that the decorative connectors were damaged. Would have been 5 stars if I could have had those replaced to fix my frame. I’ll have to work with how it is.

   We were super excited to receive the bed. It came packaged very well with easy to understand instructions. It was easy to put together however, I gave it a three star because we were missing parts, which was not just a simple screw is the bracket. I have yet to call and have the black bracket replaced. I’ve been too busy. The bed is put up even though the bracket is missing very well made very sturdy very versatile. Whether your steam punk or your Victorian, this bed is very reversible.

   Easy to put together, well built. I am short and this bed doesn’t suit me, I have to climb up into bed, but that is my problem. Plus our mattress is too long for frame. I can hardly get sheets on.

   The head board is shorter than i thought it would be but i still absolutely love it! The bed is very sturdy and each to put together! The only “complaint” i would have it that our mattress slides from side to side very easily on it! But we fixed it very easily!

   Farmhouse chic bedframe that looks better in person. Took me awhile to put it together but it was so worth it. The black metal had zero scratches and was carefully packaged. Very sturdy even with our thick and heavy memory foam mattress. I highly recommend this frame.

   I wish I had read ALL of the reviews. Went ahead and put it together anyway. Setup was under an hour by myself . If your mattress is under 15” you might see the headboard. The legs under the frame are slightly taller than the frame itself so one side doesn’t land on the floor properly. Albeit my mattress is heavy, so on it figured itself out. Sadly, it’s too much work to pull it down and box it back up so I’m stuck with it. Last time I buy a bed frame like this on bargainbeddingusa.com. Worth the extra money to buy local.
