   The frame works great, except for the fact that it’s about 5 inches longer than my single mattress. So it’s a bit awkward looking, but functional otherwise.

   I love this boxspring! It arrives in a box that is a manageable size and makes getting the boxspring upstairs a breeze. The parts are all very well labelled, the instructions fairly clear (pictures only but I watched the video prior which was helpful) and easily put together by a single person. I thought I would need by husband to hold up the sides as I attached the parts (as per other products I have had to assemble) but this was not the case here. It came with a great little ratchet tool and wrench and extra parts. Once assembled it was sturdy and clean looking. I would totally buy this again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a box spring.

   Update: I reached out to the company and after identifying the part needed, they shipped it to me at no additional charge. They’ve gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. My elderly parents have spent the past 3 nights on the bed with no issues. Thank you!! Bought this for guest room. Bed has only been slept in less than 10x over the past two years. Another words it’s been hardly used. Preparing guest room for holidays and noticed bed was not level. Upon inspection the center of one side snapped. The support is made of cheap plastic and it broke. Calling customer service Monday to see if they will fix it quickly as I have elderly guests arriving in less than a week! 🙏

   Product seems fine but came missing tools ment to be included and is clearly used or at the very least put together before. Also was missing instructions. Topper is in a grocery sack and screws are in a ziplok. I don’t mind used but I want to know it.

    Ok first of all I do not like building, definitely not bob the builder. With the instructions, there was no instructions for the bolts but I managed to use my noggin and figure it out. The pieces looks very similar and they didn’t have stickers marking what piece was what so it took me a while to sort it and figure it out. Like I said I’m not bob the builder and need good instructions that tell you step by step or I’m not going to be able to figure it out. Overall I think the box spring is the same as shown in the picture. I have a 12 inch mattress and the 9inch box spring gave it a great height. I will probably leave it like this and make a heaboard myself or buy that separately. It’s supports my mattress , California king very well. Study as said & does not move around. Haven’t slept on it so when I do I’ll update and post if there is any difference with it under my mattress verses my mattress being on the ground.

    I wish I had known about these box springs much earlier in life! I move around alot, and having a queen bed doesn’t always allow me to have a box spring (doesn’t fit through doorways, etc) but this?? Fantastic invention. Easy to put together with one person, lightweight to move around, and looks and feels very supportive as a normal boxspring. Highly reccommended for university students or others who move often enough or need to get a boxspring through narrow doors or hallways. Saw it on TikTok and I’m probably not buying another normal boxspring ever again. Quality is awesome and feels like it’ll hold up for a long time!!
