Great price. But, I recommend a heavy metal, more durable frame of 900 lbs capacity.

Piece of junk. First, not as pictured. I own three other steel platform bases from different companies and they all have the same basic design: where the two folding platforms connect, a set of wing nuts, screw and spacers are used. It was pictured the same for this bed. What I received was two platform sections, and two approximately 5″ long steel connector bars (one for head of bed and one for foot of bed). No biggie, except that none of the screws were correct or of any quality. Upon assembling, two screws were the wrong size, one stripped out with basic hand tool use, and on the leg connection areas, the holes did not align properly. Yes, we followed the assembly directions. My husband had to use some of his own hardware since the pack was also missing one screw.
It took about an hour to assemble with all of the adjustments, incorrect hardware, etc. Two days after, it began to creak and squeak on one side whenever getting into/out of or moving around in the bed, worse than a traditional box spring would. We are not giant humans and the weight limit is supposedly over 1000lbs anyway, so what gives?
I do not recommend this product. I’m hoping to return it but I’m not sure how that works with such a heavy/large product.

I had this for 8 months. It always scooted across the floor when I got on it. 8 months after purchase it broke down. It also scuffed up my floors

Bed comes with all assembly tools needed. Took maybe 10 minutes tops to assemble. We love it! Sturdy, classy and a great height. We were very worried that the picture would make it seem taller- did not want a bed close to the floor at all- we made a great decision on this purchase.

I bought this for a spare bedroom. It was easy to assemble and use but I found that when I would walk near the bed my leg would hit the metal frame and I would end up with a bruise. So I took some pool noodles, cut them lengthwise and wrapped them around the frame especially on the corners. I secured them in place with zip ties. A bed skirt hides all of this and now it looks nice and no more bruises.

My daughter and I just put this together. It’s very simple and easy to manage. Two sets of hands definitely came in hand. Not super heavy but very sturdy. I added felt pads to feet and bolts( that will hit the wall), for ease of moving and and to avoid wall scratches. I’m using it with a 12″ memory foam matress and so far it feels great.
