   I don’t mind getting a returned item if it’s unused. However, this was dirty and parts were obviously used. Updating my review to include, the seller did contact me to apologize and ask how they could fix the situation. The bed itself is great. Easily assembled alone (with some help of a 4 year old) and seems sturdy.

   Instructions were easy to put together. It took me a little longer to put it together by myself. The screws are short which made it hard to use the allen wrench. Overall quality is great, so nice and quiet with mattress on. Love the storage under the bed. Recommend 2 people to put together, but not impossible. Remember to not tighten bolts till end.

   After a few trials and tribulations getting this bed frame, first with the original order and a subsequent replacement, my wife and I are very happy with the product. It was pretty easy to assemble, I did the work myself, the instructions were clear, and the replacement had all the pieces and parts. My only complaint is how this was packaged, I received a heavily damaged box with the initial order. The box and items within are quite heavy, in excess of 40 pounds. The initial frame was delivered to my post office in terrible condition. The box had blown open at some point in transit, was heavily taped on one end, and every single zip tie used to hold items together was broken inside the box, so many of the metal frame pieces were free to move around inside. Two critical pieces were missing, one was badly damaged, etc. etc. I contacted bargainbeddingusa.com Customer Service who issued a replacement, which arrived about a week later and was in overall good condition. Some of the zip ties had blown out inside that box, but all pieces were there and nothing was damaged. The return process is a bit clunky through bargainbeddingusa.com but I got through it, the customer service reps were very understanding and helpful, but it cost me a bit of time to get everything straightened out. I’m waiting for a product return pickup email as I write this. At least I can sleep more comfortably on the new frame, which definitely satisfies my expectations! It’s sturdy and offers virtually zero movement when the two of us are on the bed. I also enjoy the storage area it offers under the bed frame, very functional, simple in design, but robust and sturdy! Would definitely recommend. Note to product manufacturer – please beef up the shipping packaging with more ballast inside, whatever it takes, so the items stay secure in transit. Thanks!

   Product seems very sturdy and the pieces were well marked to make it easy to put together. It did take a little more time than I expected. And the bed is rather heavy and difficult to move, but it is sturdy.

   I just put it together and it is quiet NO SOUND! It was quite easy to put together but I ended up getting my dad to help me. 18in is high but it’s really nice and LOTS of space for storage underneath. I LOVE IT…so far!

   Updated 4/20/24 Have slept on bedframe 1 week+ (on my heavy latex mattress). Sooo comfortable (compared to replaced wood slat futon). pro: supports heavy latex mattress; has the rounded legs. Will be easy to dissemble & transport if needed. Cons: do not loose any screws – they are metric (had three visits to hardware store to find matching, still not 100%). Note FYI: Four round legs = no option for headboard. Still think they delivered a ‘returned’ product – it was not bought as such nor was cheapest option (I wanted round legs). (Earlier in April) Received yesterday. Box was very well taped up. Just put together parts A&B. One set was not zip-tied. Other had zip-tie cut. One part E (above pic), rubber foot torn, affixed, scraped. Other part rubber foot in sealed plastic pocket. …this is assembly so far! This was full price, not bought ad Second. More updates to come… It is very heavy, so hope it will work & not have to send it back. Day2: some holes don’t match with screws – these screws using Allen key are very hard on fingers. The mattress supports float over center bar: Decided to insert a foam wedge (pic2) just in case. (Not placed mattress only it yet…).

    Very easy to put together and super sturdy. Doesn’t make any noise and very light which makes for moving to clean easy. Can’t wait to buy a king size when I upgrade my bed from a queen to king this summer.
