The bed is as expected, soft and easy enough to put together with 2 people. However, a queen mattress is larger than the frame holds, so it’ll sit on top of the frame. Not sit into the frame.
Because of this, the mattress slides around. I’ll have to get a non slip cover for the mattress but that was unexpected.

If you are buying a queen mattress for this don’t! Just don’t buy it. Bed hangs of not the right size at all. Looks terrible doesn’t come with instructions and again i dont understand how in the pictures there’s a mattress fitting on it. It does not look like that

I got the cream color in queen size. This bed came packaged nicely- each boucle piece was in plastic so nothing came dirty. Instructions were easy and it was super quick and easy to assemble. Wish they made it in a king size!!

This has got to be the easiest piece of furniture to put together. I did by myself, late night with a shoulder I can barely use. It is heavier than I thought it would be yet, still manageable for a petite adult to handle. She came packaged great, everything was in plastic so no dirty fabric. Now for the sleeping, she’s solid. My bed has not creeked, moved, nothing – solid. I was happily surprised with the quality and look of the bed looks a lot more than couple of hundred dollars. Also she arrived over a week early.
