    The bed frame arrived well packed in Styrofoam and cardboard. Assembly was done with the included hex tool. They thoughtfully provide a bag of extra screws. Parts are labeled with stickers that match the large text and clear line drawings in the assembly guide. There was no damage. The wood is all solid with no particle board or veneers. Assembly was quick enough and consisted of running screws though pieces connecting them together and then tightening them up. Everything lined up well for me the first shot and the line drawings are clear enough that I didn’t make any assembly mistakes. I’m putting a 10″ thick foam mattress on this platform and support rib running down the center with the “extra” legs is going to help greatly with all that weight. The frame is simple enough to be easy to break-down and reassemble by one person. I purchased the dark brown version and it’s very dark brown, almost black.

    It’s been a very long time since I bought something with such nice quality with clear instructions, solid wood, which is exact match to our hardwood floors. Usually instructions are poor to adequate. These are clear, uncomplicated with even some labeled extra screws in case a couple get lost . A smart company that realizes they will have fewer if any costly returns!

    the end pieces had arrows on them but they were upside down. After a long time of trying to figure out what I was doing wrong because one the holes would not line up I realized the end pieces had the arrows wrong. The screw holes are spaced differently so the end pieces have to be placed right side up.

    The actual frame feels really sturdy and fits together well. The slats where the mattress goes seem very flimsy and have to be sanded.

    I bought it to put in my mini van. It does fit well in the mini van.

    Purchased this frame as a support for a double-size Endy foam mattress mostly because it had a couple more slats so that the space between the slats is the 2.5 inches that Endy recommends. It was easy to assemble and so far it has worked well and everything seems quite solid. The extra legs down the middle and on each side definitely help. The only downside was that the frame arrived without the central support bar on which the slats rest – had to go through bargainbeddingusa.com to contact the manufacturer to get a support bar sent out. Fortunately it arrived in about 10 days and after that, no problems.
