We love the bed, directions were easy to read but we’ve only had the bed up for a little over a month and the lower led lights went out already. We just replaced them with some I found here on bargainbeddingusa.com though. Photo was after I added the additional lights.

We are very impressed with the overall quality and construction of this bed. Directions were clear and easy to follow, only issue was they had the lights on “backwards” for one end – last direction says to make sure the plugs are on the same side and if not to redo one, which would be difficult to do after construction was done. The cord that connects it all was still more than long enough so we didn’t worry about.
Perfect bed for a teenage girl who loves the lights!!

Overall this bed is great. Its sturdy and solid. Looks good. The bad: the lights that come with it are horrible and customer service won’t fix the issue. The lights for the foot board came broke. I sent pictures twice they said they didn’t get them. They want the part number but my son threw out the manual. It only has 2 rolls of lights, how hard is it to send new ones. They stopped responding. The bed though is very nice. Directions are a little confusing at times. You have to make sure you are looking at the pictures. We had to dismantle the footboard because the cubby pieces were upside down. Not hard but tedious. If this company was easier to work with and replaced the lights for the bed, I would have given this a solid 4.5 or even a 5. But because they wont fix what’s broke and I have to buy new lights. They get a 2.

Ok only giving 4 because my husband said the directions were not always clear and it did take him a long time to put together but the bed itself is very nice. My son loves the lights and the bed looks exactly as pictured! We are very happy with our purchase.

I was so excited to get a new bed. When it got here January 3, abs we put it together on the fifth. Found that two of the pieces where damaged. Took a picture it is in the above photo.
