The end of the bed slopes down because the support pieces are quite a bit shorter then the support pieces for the center. Also, my standard queen mattress is too short for this “standard” queen frame, and the bed sticks out a good 6 inches from the mattress

The directions That it came with are so hard to Understand it was ridiculous…
I requested a refund i got the return label and instructions in my email and I found out that i have to pay shipping and handling to return it. so i take it to the post office and find out it will cost me the same amount to return the bed frame as what i paid for it.
we could not put it together, we can’t afford to return it..

Loved it arrived early didn’t like the lights quite working right after set up very disappointed, but they responded very quickly to correct any problems and sent a whole new bed and stayed in contact until the issue was resolved.
