   The bed is ok, corresponds to the price. They forgot to make two holes for bolts in one of the parts, there should have been bolts there, but it’s good that there were 2 spare ones in the package, so not a problem. I’ll attach a photo. Overall the bed is not bad, visually it seems smaller than in reality, which basically is also not bad. The assembly is for 3/5, I wanted the bolts to be longer

   This is not a sturdy bed, you will need a box spring for it. Dont waste your time since if you try to return it, it has to be boxed in the perfect size box, oh and get this, you have to pay for the proper box for them to come pick it up. Waste of 250 I spent and can’t even use anymore, I’m debating on not doing buisness with bargainbeddingusa.com anymore. Very disappointed.

   Easy to install, it came with the the rods labeled / numbered. It took less than an hour for two of us to put together. The color is as expected and the quality is amazing. Definitely recommend!

   I love my new bedframe! It wasn’t hard to put together. I did appreciate all the pictures, in fact, they could’ve added a lot more pictures. As I had to read a couple of the steps more than once. It is sturdy, looks beautiful.

   Bed is nice however assembly was a challenge considering one of the side panels didn’t come with a bracket to hold it in place with the back of the bed. Assembly was frustrating to say the least. I should have read all the reviews before purchasing because it seems others had issues with this as well and bargainbeddingusa.com did nothing to help contact the seller to get a missing piece and would not issue a refund or discount unless I shipped it back which was another frustrating situation to deal with considering most of the bed was put together already and dismantling it was another challenge. Actually bargainbeddingusa.com ended my chat because they didn’t want to deal with me anymore. I tried to buy the bracket and screws from Home Depot but they didn’t carry it. Overall all a very displeasing situation and poor customer service on bargainbeddingusa.com’s part. Please consider not purchasing if you don’t want a headache.

    My husband likes the feel of the headboard The only thing that I dislike is I’m not used to a lower bed but it is very sturdy and the appearance on it is beautiful and you can actually sit on the bed and reach the floor.

    I do like this bed frame a lot and it goes with my style well but I will say (and I have seen this comment in other reviews as well) that the left part of the bed frame when your looking at the bed that attaches to the headboard has the holes drilled incorrectly. So we had to make our own holes and there is one visible hole (I filled the hole with some wall putty I had on hand) it’s not really noticeable but it’s worth mentioning. I’ve had the frame for about a year now and still love it. It’s super durable and soft and was easy to assemble.
