Its a good bed so I will give it a four but the bolt holes wasnt in the right spots and I couldnt put three bolts in so I had to drill my own holes into It but besides that its great

I ordered both a full-size and a twin-size bed frame. While the twin-size frame arrived promptly, the full-size frame was never delivered. I’ve since filed a claim for a refund for the missing item.
Regarding the twin-size frame: Assembly took a considerable amount of time, even with my daughter’s assistance. The instructions were clear, which was helpful. However, one of the provided screws did not properly align with its corresponding hole. Despite this, the assembled frame feels relatively stable. My daughter, who weighs approximately 110 pounds, has been using the frame for a month with no noticeable issues.
While the twin frame seems functional, the missing full-size frame and the assembly issue with the screw are significant drawbacks. I’m hoping the refund process for the missing item goes smoothly.
