My husband put this together (lots of parts). There was one issue with a slat but my husband was able to fix it. Bed is very sturdy and the finish is quite nice. Very happy with this purchase.

After opening, it took several days for the wood smell to fade. Purchased this for my toddlers room, and while it is perfect for him right now (27lbs, 3ft tall), I do not feel like it will be sturdy enough as he gets older. The slats do not attach to the frame, so when making the bed, they constantly fall off. The center support feels wobbly. If using as a toddler bed only, sure.

It looks very nice and is pretty sturdy. Although I definitely recommend using a board underneath your mattress because the slats are too far apart. We’ve had it for a few months now and I have no complaints. It is pretty low to the ground, so that’s something to consider. It took me and my husband about an hour and a half to put it together. Otherwise it’s been a great bed so far.
