I received on time and everything was delivered as ordered. Box said it takes a team for lifting…but one can slide it across the threshold and carpet easily. It also says it takes two to assemble. Well now, I am a 70 year old female and accomplished this task alone. It took three hours, but if you do not have help handy, it can be done. I like the end result and do recommend.

They screwed the metal frame on the headboard upside down so I found the holes to connect to R and Q after unscrewing and looking under. Other than that I wish it was regular screws instead of Allen wrench because it took forever. Good frame my son likes it. He will need a thicker mattress (has 10” now) to fill in gap.

One piece didn’t have a hole drilled out for the screw. Email on company website doesn’t work. It’s a decent bed frame, but I’m lucky I had a drill and was able to fix the production issue. Would have had to return the entire box for a replacement piece….would have given higher review if company could be contacted.
