Assembly on this frame was a breeze, yielding a strong, balanced, sturdy product…with enough room to stuff junk underneath. True to size, this frame feels fully capable of handling a good amount of rowdy stip-stomping, wrestling, jumping, and trampling we all know our children do when we are not looking.

At first it was rather confusing on how to assemble. I think the instructions could be more clearly illustrated. It is best to have 2 people to assemble. Before screwing any parts together, do yourself a favor and arrange the pieces on the floor and ensure they are in the correct position. There are only 4 “K” pieces included. These are the parts that holds the mattress from sliding from side to side. I think it would be helpful if 8 “k” pieces were included. Otherwise, now that the frame is assembled, I am very happy with it. I really like the fact that I have 14″ underneath for storage. I would have given 5 stars other than the fact that the instructions were a little confusing. I bought the queen for our guest room and I plan on buying the king for our Masterbedrrom.
