The instructions are mislabeled. The parts are mislabeled. Even when you figure out the labels, the parts are wrong! The worst purchase I have ever made.

I got the twin size. The bolts keep coming loose and it creaks/moves abit. I am small but for a larger/heavier person this could be a problem. Easy to assemble but for those Allen bolts. Gosh I hate those when you have so many. Line up the wrench to the hole, then watch the wrench fly out of my hand, then take it out because there is a part in the way preventing a 360 turn. Drives me nuts. I would much rather have a phillips to turn or use my drill on with that many bolts. Oh well. So, for the money it’s okay. Going to raise the head of it for acid reflux so will see how that holds up.

The way the screws are formatted is difficult to line up. Also, they mislabeled the pieces with the “letter stickers”. Directions aren’t super clear either. You have to do a lot of guessing. Once put together it’s nice and sturdy. Careful moving it after it’s assembled, as the slats will fall out if you tip it sideways while moving it. Extra screws and plastic pieces left over with no explanation why. Warning: Careful with the screws package! If you rip off the cardboard backing, you’ll have no idea which screws are which.
