I received the bed and the box was damaged. It was a lot of communication between myself and the seller to have them understand that I was missing all the screws, the remote and the cord to connect the light box. They sent the screws first, and only that. Then after communicating with them again, they did send the cord and remote. Although the communication was difficult in translation, they were quick to respond and they did replace the missing parts. The bed looks good in my bedroom, as I am using it to surround my adjustable base platform. It was easy to assemble, considering we had to put it together a little out of order so it surrounds my base. But now it looks great! And I am extremely grateful that the seller responded and sent my missing parts.
