Extremely pleased with the purchase. It was the first large online purchase I made. It arrived in one, well packed, box with a few punctures in places however no damage to the contents. It was easy to assemble and appears to be made of durable, solid wood. The under bed space is great. Love the colour Americano – the black accent legs & sides of headboard complement the wood beautifully. Highly recommend the Acacia Emery bed frame.

I assembled the bed frame in one afternoon even after making some mistakes. I had to prop up the headboard side to screw in the base, which was relatively easy with a couple boxes without help from a second person.
The frame is quite sturdy and stylish, and went along well with the wood tones of other manufacturers. Definitely recommended

Nice frame. Well designed and seems sturdy. Smooth corners and edges so you don’t knock your shins or legs as you get in and out. Wood is good quality. Under-bed slats are plywood. Note that our mattress (Serta memory foam-no box spring) reached up higher on the headboard than the photos so only two are slats are showing. Also there is an odor, probably from the varnish, at first. It would have been a nice finish if the headboard screws had wood plugs.

I purchased this because I wanted a simpler bed, and this ultimately fit the bill. Assembly was a little disconcerting as I only tightened the bolts to hand tight, but heard some wood cracking sounds during assembly. Now that it’s fully assembled it appears to be solid, but I’ll know more after the 72hr waiting period for the mattress I purchased to expand.
Assembly time wasn’t too bad and I’m half tempted to glue up the head and food board sections for more durability (and possibly to paint it while I have it disassembled) though I’m going to wait until after the return period to make sure there’s no defects present.

This bed frame not only looks nice it is well made. Easy to assemble and instructions were clear. The only issue I had was one of the pre drilled holes had a split in it. Contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and very helpful. The part is on back order and will take a month to get to me. That is a little inconvenient, but not too much of an issue.

I would like to give a huge thank you to the seller. Their customer service is excellent and quick to respond. All issues have been resolved and I am completely satisfied. I will definitely consider them next time I am in need of a new bed frame.

I really like the finished assembled look and feel of this Acacia solid wood bedframe. It is very well made with precision. It does take more than a half hour to assemble. I would recommend two things when assembling it. Take your time, don’t tighten the bolts until each section has all the bolts in place and just about tight by hand, only tighten when that section, headboard, footboard side rails etc.is complete. Also you will appreciate using a different allen wrench than the one provided. I used a ball hex allen wrench, as this allows you to still install the bolts while the wrench is at a different angle to the bolt and not loose control with turning the bolts into place.
The only complaint, I have and it’s minor is that the locating pins that help to evenly space the slats, don’t line up with pins on the opposite rail, leftside to rightside, I mean the slats aren’t wide enough to reach the pins or the slats were improperly drilled. I do really like the velcro retaining of the slats. I also really like the much needed extra under bed space this Acacia bedframe provides. I would recommend this bedframe to anyone.
