    Bed and everything is fine but the charging port on the top of bed stopped working….i reached out to company haven’t heard a response. Feeling irratated.

    Ended up getting a response and they did send the replacement parts. Still disappointed that I had to go through that but relived that they were willing to work with me.

    It was relatively easy to put together, but it took some time. The only issue is that I didn’t realise it would be as low as it is, so I’m not exactly getting the floating effect that I was hoping for. The lights work, and bring a nice vibe. It could be a little sturdier, but overall, it was a good purchase.

    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Very cheaply made. Box arrived damaged. Instructions are literally useless! Head board arrived damaged. bargainbeddingusa.com has been ZERO help! They first told me to send pictures. I did that and then kept getting transferred and told something different from everyone. Now They said it would be 48 hours to hear back from the seller and 2 weeks for a refund if it’s approved once they receive it back and for me to ship it back. How they would like me to ship a queen size bed that can’t go back into the box is beyond me so I’m stuck with buying another new bed.

    I’m sure I would love this bed and would be willing to 5 star, but after getting over half of it assembled we could not install the screw bc a part had not been stripped for a screw. bargainbeddingusa.com obviously can’t do anything unless we de-assemble the whole thing and ship back. The seller can’t get us a part for 20 days!
