   Flimsy junk. As much as it cost to get this bastard to my house I expected it to be well built. Guess what, ITS NOT! This thing is built about as well as a cheap tv stand from Walmart. This was an absolute waste of money.

   We love the bed frame. At first we wanted to return it because the white color was very off white almost like yellow toned with these weird hand drawn grain lines that look like a 10 year old attempted to draw them. We were expecting a brighter white like in the stock photos. After putting it all together – it looks better than the individual pieces did when we initially opened the box. The bed is sturdy, made my mattress more comfortable than my old bed frame did. Overall I’m happy and would recommend. The storage is next level. Plenty of space and secret departments. My only recommendation is making this a clean bright white with no grain lines. It also took a long time to build but it was worth it.

   I’m writing this review after around a year of use. This bed frame is amazing and is of good quality. It is sturdy and comfortable for sleeping.

   Instructions are clear. Additional storage space really helps.

   The concept of the bed is nice and it seems sturdy. However packaging was damaged and pieces of the bed were damaged. When the seller was contacted they basically said if they send a replacement part that could arrive damaged too and they offered a small discount. They gave some money back. Even though customer support was in a timely fashion, I would rather have a bed that has no damages. My handyman put the bed together and it took him several hours. He said instructions were easy too follow – it was just so may pieces to put together. I would have given more stars if it would be not damaged. One of the things that I was not aware off that the mattress just lays on top of it without any side panels. That means that I have to adjust the mattress frequently. I put in a 10 inch mattress to be able to open the cabinets at the head piece.

   Great bed for guest room remodel! Love the storage in the bed, it checks all the boxes with a sturdy guest bed that I expect to last for ages. All of the hardware was included, the instructions were fairly easy to follow and my friend helped me put it together.

   Fedex completely screwed up the initial delivery of this package, but the seller was so fantastic. Communication and customer service was top notch. Not only did the seller respond to my initial message within only hours but also shipped my packages back out immediately. Assembly was very complex and there is a multitude of hardware but if you love puzzles and challenges it’s actually a lot of fun. The bed itself is stunning! I absolutely love the bookshelf headboard and the drawers. The only disappointment is the light strip is extremely fragile and broke upon plugging it in. Overall five stars for the beautiful bedframe and even better customer service.

   So when I received two large boxes, I was a little intimidated as to how long it would take to build the bed frame. I am handy, so I was up for the challenge. Much to my surprise, the instructions where clear and easy to follow. As I was building the frame, I was also happy with the quality of the product. I was expecting cheap, but the pieces where nice and there were good firm pieces that made me feel like the bed frame would hold up nicely. Took about 8 hours to build, but for the price and quality, worth it. Overall, very happy and would recommend this to a friend.
