The engineering of this bed is amazing. Every part fitted together. Every nut, bolt and screw was there, labeled and was exactly right. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. The final product was solid, sturdy, functional and easy to look at. They did an excellent job.

I love the clean lines and simple design and the bed is nice. Despite careful packaging, there were a few chips in the painted coating on the metal. The assembly instructions were written fairly well, though the way they referenced which screws to use was a little confusing.
The most disappointing thing is how low to the floor the bed is. We didn’t have a normal mattress, we had a tri-fold mattress we purchased for occasional guests and decided to put it on a frame. Well the tri-fold isn’t as deep as a normal mattress, and left the bed very low. So we ended up buying a box spring to go beneath it. I believe if you buy a normal thickness mattress, or even an extra thick one, you would probably be OK. Since its our guest bed for the occasional guest, it is fine.
Overall, it looks good, is easy to assemble for the most part, and seems fairly sturdy.

This product looks pretty nice, but it lacks some functionality. The base doesn’t hold our box spring in place so it slides all over the place. Also, I found that the footboard sitting on the ground is great place to stub my toe. Be careful when tightening the screws because you will tighten them right through the OSB. I didn’t want to spend a lot for a bed frame so this is exactly what I paid for. Not the highest quality but still very sturdy and overall pleased.
