    The bed is actually really cool to see, it looks like it’s floating out from the wall. My daughter likes it a lot. Customer service was A+…. Had a little issue with the LED lights and they responded very quickly. They sent out a new strip rught away.

    ORIGINALLY LOOKED PRETTY COOL KIDS WERE HAPPY WITH IT BUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS THE LIGHTS STARTED TO FALL AND NOW SOME OF THE LED’S ARE GOING OUT. OTHER ISSUE IT SITS VERY LOW TO THE GROUND SO IT DOESNT GIVE THE FLOATING BED FEEL LIKE IT SHOWS IN THE PICTURES

    Purchased for my teen the lights don’t work and don’t stick as other reviews stated that’s a fact . The frame isn’t sturdy for a teen bend frame . Customer service to get a replacement is such a hassle . Wanted to love this but sadly a waste of money

    I’m short so height don’t bother me but I can understand it being an issue for others the assembly was alot for something so simple tho I will say that however I still think it’s a nice addition. When it first came I was missing 2 bars they quickly fixed the situation tho.

    After we put it together it actually was a nice set up. He enjoyed the fact it’s an app for the lights and it gave his room a teenage character. Instructions a lil complicated only because no words but after really looking and slowing down we got on a roll. So not hard to put together. Great bonding time for me and the young one😂

    Super easy to assemble. The lights really don’t stick. Had to purchase additional zip ties and black ones since the ones included are white and stood out too much. Other than that great buy!

    Cons: So first of all it took almost 4h to assemble. There are a hundred tiny pieces, which I suppose might be good for someone who can’t lift heavy objects but it certainly was a pain to put together. The instructions were not very clear either, but we got there eventually. My main concern with this bed frame is that you can’t put your weight on the edge of the bed without it tipping (I’m 180lbs), you have to make sure that you are at least a foot onto the mattress lol. Another issue was that even despite the 4 little things that are supposed to keep your mattress in place, it was never centered. We had to adjust it every day. Also I immediately missed having a headboard. Pros: The LEDs are cool.

    So everything came in the box 📦 accept 3 of these were missing the cap or the metal was bent . Im not going to lie …. I started off building this saying ; they verified this to be simple and easy for a female to build but, lemme tell you ! Lol There was one screw that ruined the whole thing for me . It’s honestly an easy assemble though (:
