If you’re missing parts the only way to get them is to get a whole new item. Can’t just get the parts needed. This is a joke. I’m only missing part Z(2) pieces.
Update: it turns out that the part I thought I was missing was mislabeled. It should have been labeled with the letter Z but it was labeled with the letter Q.
So I wasn’t missing the part after all. So I have updated my review from a 2 star to a 4 star. It’s a great bedframe. Very sturdy and strong. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star is because it took me 3 hours to put together. Other than that I love this bedframe.

I made my teens put it together themselves. They took about 2.5 hours to build two. It probably would’ve taken me half the time but kids gotta learn. They seem to be pretty sturdy and aren’t noisy. We’re using them without a box spring/bunkee board with no issues thus far. I did receive a different bed than what’s in the picture however the only difference is the style of the decorative fastener on the railing.
