   The bed frame looks nice, but I had some issues. Assembly was easy, but some parts came scratched. That was disappointing. One thing I didn’t realize from the pictures is that one side of the bed is open with no wall or barrier. I wish that was shown more clearly. The bed does support the mattress well, but for the price, I expected better quality. It feels a bit expensive for what it is. Overall, it’s an okay bed frame, but not perfect.

   The bed frame arrived damaged, with almost every visible side of the frame having missing varnish/scratches from the manufacturing process (box and packaging were in good shape). I contacted the seller and bargainbeddingusa.com and both required the frame (comes in 2 Large, heavy boxes) to be returned to get replacement parts. Return was not feasible because I have no way to physically lift the boxes or transport them (why else would I order a bed online to be delivered??). I opted to fix it myself and keep the frame instead of trying to find a way to return it. HUGE MISTAKE. I assembled the bed, but the platform support for the mattress is aweful and unstable. The full size bed frame has 2 detached center supports that DO NOT SUPPORT THE MIDDLE of the slats AT ALL. Bed slopes inward at the center and I will have to buy something/re-engineer support for the middle of the bed to make it useable. This has been a nightmare purchase. THANKS.

   Nice color, but poor quality overall

   I really liked the color of the wood when the trundle bed arrived—that’s the main reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the quality is disappointing. We just built the bed yesterday, and it’s already showing signs of breaking. When pulling the trundle out for the first time, it started cracking, which is super frustrating. For something brand new, it shouldn’t be falling apart this quickly. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless improvements are made to the materials and construction. I Wish I could return it but we built it already

   Great for smaller rooms. My niece has a small room but she likes to have sleepovers. This is perfect for it! It was pretty straightforward on assembly. My brother in law didn’t have any issues with it. The only thing is that it doesn’t glade very well on carpet. So it has to be open slowly. Other than that my niece likes it and says it comfortable.
