Bed frame looks great and holding up well. Had a few issues while assembling, such as imperfections in the top of the headboard and a cross threaded screw hole. Contacted customer support and they responded almost immediately. Told them the issues I was having and sent them the requested pictures documenting the problems. They sent out replacement parts for each flawed item and sent new screws. Replacement parts came in quicker than expected as well. Overall, the whole thing was easy to assemble and there are no complaints on quality. Highly recommend!

I love how sturdy this bed is. When putting it together one of the pieces for the foundation didn’t fit properly and the light strip did not work. Other than that it is beautiful.
