   I was really skeptical about buying this bed after reading some of the reviews thinking I am probably “going to get what I pay for” because it was so inexpensive. The shipping boxes were not the best quality so they were barely hanging together when the 2 boxes arrived and I just knew something was going to be damaged! I took the advise of other buyers and unloaded both boxes outside and checked really good for “critters” and I found none. There was one mark on the side headboard piece but I was able to get it out close enough with a clorox wipe. The assembly was really easy. I assembled it by myself but had a 2nd set of hands to connect the head and foot with the sides. After loose assembly… I went back and tightened everything once it was all together. Yes, the slats were real wood and it is very sturdy and does not wobble or squeak. We used a 12″ mattress which fit perfectly with plenty of headroom. We could have used a 10″ but I found the 12″ first. IMO… if you are on the fence about buying this bed… just buy it. It is great!!!

   This bed is really nice and looks higher end than it cost. We had no issues putting it together, the directions were easy to follow. Everything seems pretty sturdy, no squeaks, cracks, or damage. It’s a nice soft cream/light tan color.

   The only thing to note is that it did ship in two different boxes which arrived one day apart from each other.

   Bed is a nice addition to our bedroom. Was pretty easy to assemble. Well made and sturdy. Holds our 12 in memory foam mattress. Very nice fabric.

   This headboard is exactly as it’s shown. Easy to put together, sturdy and gorgeous. I will say that it didn’t come with all the parts but fortunately I live less than two miles from my local Ace Hardware and got what I needed. So to the seller, it would be good to quality check it. Other than that, it’s perfect!

   I bought this bed for my teen daughter in queen size. I had been shopping online for 1 year, reading reviews and finally I am quite satisfied by my purchase. My daughter loves it too. I also bought from bargainbeddingusa.com a 12″ mattress going by some of the ppl’s recommendations. So that was perfect- no gap under the board. Happy also that my irobot goes under the bed for cleaning. It took about 3-4 hours to put together, my husband and teen son did that. You definitely need an extra hand. I vented the room and wiped the fabric board with cotton towel and soap, so no issues. Relatively fast delivery, all in perfect order. The base of the bed, planks were quite solid as well. So very happy !! One thing about the color – it looked in the picture it’s quite light but not too light. Still elegant and soft look. For me was a bit of an issue as we have medium grey curtains and it’s not the best color combination but might change those later. Meanwhile three red comforter to balance the beige/ grey boring combination. Thank you!
