   I recently separated my spouse and needed some new bunk beds for my kids. I have older teenagers and younger kids and these bunk beds worked up beautifully for all my kids.

   Putting it together wasn’t overly complicated, but you will need a large clear space.

   I would definitely buy these again if I needed them.

   The hardest part was putting in the slats. You might want to use a rubber mallet if you’re not overly strong and can pound them in with your fist

   i purchased two sets for when my grandsons come to visit and they look great! Construction was pretty simple but it helps to have room to spread out the components. Very pleased with these bunkbeds!

   I’ve had it for over a year and it’s holding up pretty well for 2 teenagers that aren’t afraid to rough house, so if it will hold up for us it’ll hold up for y’all’s kids

   Update: so within a month of use the bottom bunks are unusable. The metal slats are so short they have worn out the plastic slat holding inserts. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere. Not worth the money and zero stars So overall it’s a decent product for the price. But would amount a minimal change they could secure the bottom bunk. The slats are too short and while they took the time to address this on the top bunk. They did not on the bottom. (See pics) I will have to add my own fix which is disappointing and thus one star rating. If I pay money for prebuilt I would expect basic engineering issues to have been resolved. Otherwise me and my welder could create something that would last lifetimes for the same price!!! But I didn’t have time for that!

    It is pretty straight forward assembly

    Design is nice.

    It could use about 6” in height on the top bed rail otherwise you have to get a special thin mattress for the top bunk.

    So now we have to wait and see if it lasts the test of time. If screws get loose and squeeky. Etc.
