We were sick of kicking the bed frame by accident, so when our previous frame broke during a move, we looked specifically for one with inner legs so we wouldn’t kick them. However, the light strip was not connected on one side, but i didn’t realize until after I attached it all (which took a while) and I can’t fix it. I didn’t want this frame for the lights, so the frame itself is perfect, but the lights being difficult to put on, and not being attached is why I gave it 4 stars rather than 5

Overall, this is a good frame, once you get it assembled. The assembly though, is a marathon. The instructions are just a series of pictures with so little detail that it becomes a series of trial an error to figure out if there is particular up or down facing side for any piece (there is). I had to undo several pieces after only finding out 3 steps later that the particular piece should have been facing a different way. Once everything was finally assembled, the frame felt very secure and sturdy. Unfortunately, the remote for the LED didn’t work at all. However, there is also an app you can download for your smart phone to control the LEDs, and that works just fine.

The instructions are so unclear, there isn’t any type of videos to help only an email. Took me over 3 hours to build. The screws are nicely placed but the pieces are very hard to figure out! Lights underneath is nice, but they are odd as well… If you change to one color, some of the lights show up that color where the other side will show up a different color, they are also very dim. The charging port is nice but takes a very long time to charge items. If you’re getting it for the price, totally worth it but be prepared for the struggling build..
