One of the arms that makes up the vertical frame was not properly drilled to be able to attach the pieces at all the necessary points. When I contacted the seller, I asked if they could just send me a new one of the single piece that I needed. They asked for pictures, which is understandable to verify the issue, and did offer a refund (with which I would not have to ship back the frame). I did ask again if a replacement piece was a possibility, and got a message that a refund would be issued. At least I got the refund, and I don’t have to ship the whole thing back, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars, instead of 1, but not super happy with what I’m left with- an incomplete and unsafe bedframe, a DIY project to see if I can make it safe, or a heavy pile of scrap metal that I have to deal with.
