    The quality of the wood is laughable. I received a scratched up mess. I don’t have money or the willpower to break it back down to send it back so I guess I’m stuck with it. Give it a year and it will probably be partially broken and moved to my spare bedroom. Wasn’t necessarily super difficult to build, but I would just save your money and go with something else.

    spent quite a bit of time looking for options until we finally settled on this one Color is not quite true to the website, and we got a hunch of that from other reviews. Ours at least is closer to the spectrum of “reds” than to “yellows”, although overall you could still call it a caramel / honey. This happens to work better for our setup so it was a plus. Bed was very well packed in its own box, and that box itself placed in a shipping box. Although there were dents in the shipping box, the inner box was pristine. Inside, every wood item was neatly individually padded. This was so well done that they could have I safely shipped eggs with it. Assembly takes a few steps but instructions are extremely well done. At times you might benefit from having a second person to hold something steady as you’re screwing or aligning a board. In my experience this product takes the prize in terms of ease of unpacking & assembly. I just loved it. We wanted the frame to be heavy enough so the bed does not move around, and this one does it (“acacia” and “heavy” go hand in hand). At the same time, it looks modern, open, slick. The only thing I don’t like as much is the overall height, I would have liked the bed to be lower.

    I’ve built and seen lots of “high end” but this one exceeds those it’s wonderfully built and extremely easy to assemble

    I had a small broken end board (lamination issue) but other then that it’s solid and looks great!

The main issue my son is having is the middle support slat with legs are made poorly and the legs do not touch the floor so when son moves the legs move to the one side. The bed slats are made with Velcro and when son moves you hear the velcro. This bed should be made with a wide middle support slat and wider legs for better construction and support. I did contact the seller and they responded right away and asked for me to send them pictures of the issue. I tried several times to follow their directions on how to upload the pictures and the system would allow me to upload but the “send button” was not clickable. After trying several times and being frustrated, I called bargainbeddingusa.com directly and I spoke to them and they took over my claim immediately. They reached out to the seller and were not successful in having me upload the pictures. bargainbeddingusa.com communicated amazing and they provided me with a full refund within 3 days. The seller should recommend to the manufacturer to make the fixes/improvements and this would be a great choice.

    Was skeptical given the mixes reviews. Overall it seems to be holding up! This bed frame has held a giant mattress, a 6’2″ 270lb man, me, and two chunky doggos with no issues. Just be careful not to over tighten the screws as this could cause micro-cracks in the frame, leading to bigger ones in the future.

    Good-looking sturdy all-wood bed. Workmanship is outstanding. All parts fit, hardware is nicely packaged and marked, even some spare screws and lock nuts are included. Does look like it should carry 700 lb. easily. Highly recommend. Pictures show king size bed with 12 inch mattress.

    Manufacturer drilled holes for the legs on wrong side of beam. Tried flipping beam however the slats for the frame wouldn’t touch the beam so wasn’t able to flip it. Legs do not fit on opposite end of support beam. Contacted manufacturer and no response. It’s a great bed frame so far, minus that I had to purchase seperate legs, raising an additional cost and time.
